Morning!

I saw my kids' grandmother at my son's graduation. We were civil and everything seemed ok.

About a month later one of my bff's (Mario's cousin) was visiting PR, it was her last night here and she asked me to come over her aunt's house (kids' grandmother). To make a long story short, I didn't go - we met somewhere else - because she didn't want problems if her DIL came over and saw me there and blah, blah, blah.

I told Mario that I felt disrespected and if I couldn't stand IN FRONT of his mother's house, being the mother of 2 of his children, then my children couldn't go over there either. He couldn't believe it. I told him NEVER in the 16 years that I have known him have I ever felt this strongly about something. I think it's time for his wife and his mother to get over the past.

Dear me...I could have written this exaxt sentence!! MIL had stopped by last Saturday. Apparently, she saw 2 paint cans and some wallpaper remover sitting on the counter. She asked Ron what we were going to paint. He said probably the entire inside of the house as it is long overdue. He said she rolled her eyes and said we should spend the money paying down our mortgage and not worry about paint. I asked what he replied and he said he told her not to worry about our mortgage - we are fine. It is a good thing I wasn't there - I would have told her to MYOB!
Thanks sweetheart! I think you're hot, too!

I would have told her that unless she wants to chip in and help pay down our mortgage, not to worry about it because we had it covered!

I live in South Riding VA - Loudoun County (NOVA). I'm a military brat so I've been all over, but really like it here (although this area is a little stressful). I love NC -

I lived in El Paso TX for 9 years when I was younger not the best part of TX, but I love San Antonio!

Okay, you're in Northern Virginia....I'm originally from the east coast....the Hampton/Norfolk area....we've been in NC for almost 14 years now .....but I still consider Virginia 'home' .....luckily we're not too far from there....only about 70 miles.....

Hey Kimmer - I made the enchiladas that I saw on the site that you posted the other day. They were good! I think I'll have to keep making some of those recipes.

Do you know what I found out today???? I didn't have any more Lean Cuisine's left, so I whipped out my handy-dandy WW's points calculator and looked on the Hot Pockets box and guess what???? A Hot Pocket has less points than those LC's I've been eating

....plus I like Hot Pockets better.....

You crack me up! They taste a whole lot better too!!!

Remember the point count is just for ONE of those. The LC's you could have the whole box.

Okay, I really really want to eat tonight….I don’t have enough points left except for a giant salad with mushrooms, FF Cheese and some other stuff I have in the fridge.

I need to read my journal AND my Biggest Loser Book, and eat my salad and hopefully get in some walking time. I have GOT to start getting up earlier and exercising more. AND getting it done!!! I’m tired of being this way. I’m tired of the fat, I’m tired of not being healthy.

I know I’m working on it, but still I’m tired! Why can't we just twitch our noses and get it done?????

Ladies have a great night! I'm off for home. It's been a week! TOMORROW IS FRIDAY!!!!

If you view your eating plan as so rigid and uncompromising that you cannot have some of your favorites - then how can you possibly expect to succeed in maintaining your weight loss (let alone getting to goal)?
