Thanks...who would have thought that I would have been so excited about a washer and dryer...i hate laundry but the old ones made it even WORSE!!

Thanks everyone for you support. You ladies really do mean a lot to me.

I as grateful that I can come here and get stuff out that I am keeping bottled up inside. I had to go to the doc - apparently I have a bad sinus infection and upper resp. infection. They put me on Batrim and steroids. Can only imagine how wonderful this will make me feel.

Tonia - so sorry to hear about your grandmother.

And a new washer and dryer is a wonderful thing! I actually LOVE mine!!

Heidi - Where are those pictures?? Sounds like the party was a BLAST!!!!

Kid are great. They are totally enjoying themselves this month. They spent about a week with their dad at a timeshare and are now staying with their grandfather at the timeshare until Wednesday.

Then they come home with me to be bored (cuz I'm working).

I'm loving WW!

The variety of foods that you get to eat is great.....My only problem is that in the past on those rare occasions when I've been eating on-plan

, it has always been some form of LCing...so now when I eat carbs on WW, it feels like I'm doing something that I shouldn't!

Yesterday afternoon around, oh let's say gee, 2:06

the plant I work in blew a turbo something or other and ended up taking out two towns plus the plants electricity.

We are just now getting up and running. So yesterday afternoon I spent time in my office, in the dark, plotting, Um I MEAN planning my weeks menu!

My Menu:

I made this:

Point value is 5!!!

It was delish!!!!

Snack (Quaker Strawberry Bites) = 2

Lean Cusine Ravioli = 5

Snack= fruit parfait ( Yes another one!!!) = 3

Dinner= will be this:

Chili Cheese Dog(s): Use a low cal hot dog bun (around 80 cal), 1/8th cup FF shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup Hormel turkey chili ("99% Fat Free Wolf Brand turkey chili, no beans" is good), and a Ball Park or Oscar Mayer FF 40 cal hot dog. Open the bun up and top it with a heated hot dog and hot chili. Toss the shredded cheddar on top and melt in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Approx 182.5 cal and 20 g protein. Enjoy with a salad and another protein serving. This really hits the spot when I'm in the mood for comfort food!
*update* Usually instead of another protein serving, I double the hot dog, chili, and cheese (so I use 2 hot dogs, 1/2 cup FF chili, and 1/4 cup FF cheese). I do the hot dog bun "open-face" with 1 hot dog on each, then the chili and the cheese. Approx 285 cal and 36 g protein. Then just get in your salad and dressing. Pic is of "entree" with included protein serving:

Point value is 8 ( I did the high side of the points)

My point total for the day is 25, banked 1.

I was up by 4:00 A. M. this morning, usually it's 5, but DH had to be gone by 5 this morning.

So I got up, bright eyed and bushy tailed

and made us the breakfast sandwiches. Got DH off to work and slid back under the covers with the weiner (DOG!

) Anyway got back up at 5, had my Diet Mt. Dew kickstart and here I am!
