Meek's 8 Week Wedding Challenge

I decided to challenge myself to reach my mini goal of 165 by my wedding date

Lets see how much weight I can lose in 8 WEEKS !

Starting tomorrow, of course

Exercise: Cardio + Strength training

You are gonna be such a beautiful bride! Have you picked out your dress yet? If so, do you have any pictures?
I lost a lot of weight prior to getting married. It is a great motivator because every bride wants to look her best on that most special day.

I post a picture of my wedding dress on my refrigerator so I NEVER lost sight of my motivation!

Ok, now I'm pulling even HARDER for you.....GO MEEK!!!!!!

Week #1 - Day 2

Morning *yarn*

It's 4am and I'm awake I went to bed around 6pm on Thursday. I was exhausted from work!!! I'm still a little tired; therefore, I'm going to lay back down until 5:30a... then I'll get up to cook breakfast/lunch.

Menu:
Probiotics/Prenatal vit
B: Scrambled eggs/1oz cheese/hot tea w/co
L: Grilled chicken/small garden salad
D: Grilled chicken/small garden salad
S: hot tea w/co

Exercise: Going to bed early again this evening. My body need the rest.

Morning

I had a wonderful time on yesterday. I treated myself to a wonderful gift I also had some ice cream . I know, bad girl... but whatever!

Anyways, I'm back on plan as of this am

Menu:
Prenatal Vitamin/biotin/potass/magnesium
B: 4 scrambled eggs/cheese/bacon/decaf tea, splenda, co
L: Chicken breast/small salad
D: Steak/small salad
S: decaf tea, splenda, co

Exercise: Cardio + strength training
Water Intake: 64oz

Well, I'm off to get ready for Sunday School and Sunday morning worship! I'll be back this afternoon. I will post today's sermon/scriptures for Marlette, cause I know she will be reading...

Just checking in before bed.

Today was a pretty good day until I got home from church. I stopped by 7/11 and brought some ice cream, 1 donut, and a candy bar. I am trippin!!!! My cycle is about to start and I am furious!!!!

Anyways, I'm apart of a new Atkins 72 challenge with a few folks that are following the plan by the letter... They are going to keep me accountable. Plus, I'm sure my girls on my team with too

I'm starting afresh from this moment on

I'm back on Atkins 72

Prenatal vit

Not hungry; however, I'm going to eat lunch now.... I'm scared to let my BSL drop to low... we all know what that will lead to..... SUGAR CRAVINGS!!!

My FAT intake is pretty low, so after lunch, I'm going to drink my tea w/CO. This should keep me nice and full until I get home

52 Days Till... Down 5.6lbs = 181.4

Yesterday's Weight: 187.2

All is well. I didn't get much rest lastnight... maybe a total of 1 hour, so you can imagine how I feel this morning...

I'm going STRAIGHT HOME and jumping in my bed!!!!

I can't wait

Hi Meekness. I am think I'd like to work on your wedding challenge with you! I am at 190 this morning...still!!! for a week or so I have bounced between 189.4 and 190.0 I also would like to be about 165 (or less) by the middle of Aug. I have a 155 (or less) goal of Sept 15th.
