Its really been a long time. I've been good. Weight is consistent. I am 14 pounds from goal. I am craving chocolate, get hungry at night, but have managed to keep the weight off.

Looks like chocolate is going to be an issue for the rest of my life. I really wish there was a way that I could get over this. I am not gaining because of it, thank goodness, I just fear its power.

Good morning ForLife, thanks for stopping by my journal. I think the L-Glutimine is suppose to help with sweet cravings. It didn't do anything for me but it may help you.
Are your currently 161lbs? How tall are you. I've been struggling for months now at 180, since....October. If I don't lose any weight this month, I'm weighing at the first of Feb. I will switch diets and do WW for then next month. |
