hi i'm brooke!
I am a 21 year old college student trying to lose about ten pounds. I have decided to do the Scarsdale diet after about a month of the zone with only a loss of about five pounds. I plan to weigh-in every other day for the new few, so... tuesday 17 thursday 19 saturday 21 monday 23 wednesday 25 I am hoping by then I'll really be on my way to meeting my goal! Today, for breakfast I had: coffee, protein bread, and honeydew |

oh poo
![]() so i had done scarsdale until wednesday and i lost no weight-- probably the same reason the zone was not so good for me, too many carbs. so thursday (yesterday) i started on regular atkins. i must say, i already feel better. My Menu Yesterday: -3 scrambled eggs w/ cheese, coffee with cream and splenda -1/2 bag of BBQ pork rinds with ranch -bunless cheeseburger, homemade sugar-free coleslaw -other 1/2 bag of pork rinds blue cheese Then, Today So Far: -2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese, coffee with cream and splenda -bunless cheeseburger with more coleslaw Tata for now! |
