Ok! So I'm going to start to really exercise...I'll post here and journal my foods and menus! (as well as my blog

) I'm on weight watchers and loving it!

hahahaha this journaling thing is a good way to find all your stalkers such as myself!! LOL totally kidding! I'm going to keep watch on this journal as things like these inspire me!!! Hopefully you'll be inspired by your own words as well!

I hear you on the cat calling LOL and with you losing weight and looking sexier every pound, you just know it would increase

The message at prayer last night....being in the light!

1 John 1 5-10
Walking in the light
5This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. 6If we claim to have fellowship with him yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live by the truth. 7But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all[b] sin.

8If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. 9If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. 10If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word has no place in our lives.

The point that stuck with me: Knowing that we can't do anything on our own. Jesus came to do for us what we can never do for ourselves!!!!

Even though as Christians we sin, trying to do things differently and better, yet we still sin. Acknowledging and confessing our sins...puts us in the light and Jesus will do the rest.....(through no goodness of our own) without him, our flesh would take over....Thank God for Jesus!

That's why when people notice a change in me (before Jesus saved me)...I have to tell them quickly it's not me...nothing I have done....or could have ever done...would change me....

So I implore you to step into the light....He's faithful and just!
