Well today has been a blessing and I'm so grateful that it is over here at work. I have to rush home, try to get my exercise in for our challenge on another thread and get prepared for church service

. I can do ALL things through Christ Jesus that strengthens me !

Good Night,

Well the house is silent and I wanted to get online and check my work emails, here I sit on LCF

. I missed the boards today, but me and the boys enjoyed the Pool and the heat. We have to be at the Park at 11:30 am to attend their Banquet for Baseball. I have to remember to get a camera form Wal-Mart in the morning. I'm still shopping for a nice digital camera, haven't found one that I like yet.

I'm going to head to bed now, will try to check in after we get back from the Park.

Have you checked any of the Nikon cameras. I'm thinking about buying the Nikon D40. My neighbor has one and it takes amazing photos. Can't wait to see the results of your weightloss.

Hey Shirl,

I have my eye on a Kodak digital camera that I seen at Wal-Mart. I will look into the Nikon, cause I want a camera that will take good pics. Not sure how the Kodak ones are?

I'm good! getting ready to leave for St. Lucia in 3 weeks to see my grandma...now I have to be extra good to fit into my "thong-kini"

It's funny because my grandma doesn't care how old we are, when we head to the beach she has to make sure the water is safe enough lol she still does it to my mom also!

That's grandmas for ya, wish mines was still here to see me finally lose this weight. God knows best though, and I know she is up there looking down on me

. She loved to see me in my jeans and looking cute. It just made her day, she use to call me "Sexy".

Our family hasn't been the same either. We are trying to get things back to the way they were.

They usually are. It is amazing the strength women have in holding a family together!

I know I miss her...I think we have talked about this before. It was hard for us, b/c she wanted to spare any worry on us and she endured the pain of breast cancer alone for 10 YEARS! She hid it from everyone. At the time I was in my early 20's and "having" fun. All the signs were there unfortunately they were just overlooked.

I haven't been posting like I should, and I'm making a commitment today to do so more often. I've found that when newbies search the journal chats, it encourages them, it still encourages me to see maintainers still rolling with this WOE. It's also a good tool to go back on and reread your thoughts and see how far you have come along, so with that said; visit more often

.

Well after work today, I had to run a few errands and get the house in order from DH going to the Cleaners and coming back with $200 worth of clothing and I have limited space

. I allowed the clothing to pile up and not rotate like I normally do. I will never let this happen again. So with the rain and house duties I decided to put the excuses behind me and do inhouse exercise. Completed 100 jumping jacks and 50 crunches ( will do before bed).
