Today ended up being "very" relaxing. Me and twin #2 took a long 3 hour nap. He is feeling better and ready to head to school tomorrow for their Pizza party for the end of the year.

Cle - I may be switching up things to WW in July. My aunt is starting then, and it may be helpful to the both of us to do it together. We could share menu ideas and get each other encouraged. I'll let you know if I really decide to switch. I have come along way, and I feel that I have overcome my food additions, so WW may just work for me.

Howdy,

I'm so grateful that the Lord saw fit to wake me up this morning in my right mind. I feel great ! The kids have one more day of school and then goes Camp. They are excited and I'm so looking forward to the Summer as I'm smaller, wiser, and better now. I'll be able to dress more comfy and relaxed. We have a family reunion in July (Orlando FL) to attend and we will surely make a few beach visits as well.

Nothing new with my meals, just plain ol Atkins style eating. A few nuts here and there, but I learned my lesson with the cashews form times ago.

I use to ABUSE the heck out of cashews. I ate so many - now I can't stand the sight of them

My husband turned me onto Almonds (which he abuses). I love those little nuts! A handful does me real good, when I want something crunchy! I haven't eaten them in a while thou. I also love PECANS and WALNUTS! They are the BEST

It worked then and It's working now !

BEFORE: 185 lbs / DURING 162.5 lbs

For some odd reason, I got a email from the host of an old Low Carb board that I use to post on way back. I clicked on the link, went to the before / after forum section and came across these old pics of me. I think it was just a set-up by God for me to see what this way of eating did for me in the past, and that it will do the same this go round. I'm staying faithful and allowing God to reshape me mind, body, and soul.
