Yep 50 per leg on the leg lifts

10 at a time per leg with the lunges. Ex. down right leg, down left leg.....so on so on. Glad it helped.

Yes they do hurt. My thighs have this burning feeling when I try to bend.

Cynt - I know what you mean girl, NO PAIN NO GAIN; but this pain is crucial. The squats don't have me sore like this, but oh the feeling afterwards is "PRICELESS". I know it's just because it was my first time, and maybe I worked some muscles that have been dead for a while. We plan to do more tomorrow. I will keep you ladies posted on that.

Cletra - I'm good girl, and you? TOM is here and the kids are being a little too much tonight

. They are good boys, but tonight it was like I had to repeat myself like 3 times, not something I like to do

Girl they are not aware, DH is though

. Tonight won't be such a rush after practice as they don't have school tomorrow and I allow them to stay up and play the computer or play their games. During the week, it's get in, take a bathe, eat dinner; do homework..........maybe watch a few minutes of tv and hit the sack. They haven't adjusted to the routine yet. Maybe next week will be better

. It's funny cause when TOM isn't here, I'm not easily moved, but when he is present..........EVERYTHING bothers me. I was just telling DH that the boys may have to skip practice this evening, cause I'm just not feeling good. DH works evenings, so that is out of the question. He said in a soft tone "could you just take them, and maybe sit in the car and not exercise today" I said yeah I can do that

. Their attendance at practice, does dictate if they play in the game on Saturday. I would be a little upset if they had to scrub the bench in the morning
