Well we got back yesterday evening from our 5 day trip to Orlando and we had a blast. I vowed to get right on plan immediately afterwards and I DID . I went to the grocery store after getting the boys from football practice today and got some steak to cook along with some broccoli for dinner and lunch. I even cooked up half a pack of bacon. I refuse to leave any room for excuses.

Ooch my legs are so achy. I jogged a lap and maybe that has much to do with it. I did have a week off from exercising and yesterday I could barely keep up. I'll get back into the swing of things, I'm sure.

I have a long day ahead of me. After work, I have to get the boys to Football practice, head to bible study, get home; tidy up and get ready for an early morning . I can do ALL things through Christ Jesus that strengthens me.

Hello girls, how is your day? All is ok with me.
Not much news going on with me except I found some older jeans of mine I had stored away in a box in the closet so I tried them on and they were to big beleive that! But they were my old 28 size. Wonder how long I had them stored!!!!

Good Day,

The Joy of the Lord is my Strength . I'm excited about the great things the Lord is getting ready to do in the lives of the believers. Now is the time to jump on the wagon with Jesus and stay stead fast. It takes plenty of pressing, tears, and praise. God is able.

I don't have much to do work wise today, so I'm going to re-read up on low carbing and the benefits it gives. The proof is in the pudding when you wake up each day with a new zest, and the weight loss that you endure as well. I just want to stay well informed about my way of life.

I took yesterday off from exercising to be on time to Bible Study, so today I have to make up and push myself harder. My trainer is proud of me, but she says that I could be doing much more. She is so right. I need to work on my endurance.

Challenge of the Day: Jog 2 laps straight ; I CAN DO IT !

Hi everyone, hope the day is a great one for you today.
My hip has been bothering me and I tossed and turned all night with it trying to get it comfortable. Its just the arthritis in it thats all but it hurts.
Not doing much today because my hip hurts to when I walk so I am just trying to sit today.

Thank God it's Friday. I say this every week, and the weekend passes by so fast . It's ok, I'll take it ! Just the thought of not having to get up early in the morning for work, is "PRICELESS". Now I'm not complaining about my job, just saying that a break is appreciated .

The boys have practice this evening and I plan to get my last day of exercise in. If I can get a workout in daily during the week, then the weekends will be my time off. I definitely don't want to over do it. We have a Football game to go to at the Dolphin Stadium Saturday night and the boys are excited about that.

We had pizza today for an office meeting and I enjoyed my salad and steak. I didn't feel deprived or left out. Everyone had their eyes on my salad. It was yummy .

The pain is down some today but I had to take a pain pill for it though. I don't see my doctor until the 18th. But he has given me everything he possibly can for this arthritis but nothing really helps, it can't be cured. I just happen to have it really bad but my mother and grand mother had it like this to so its inherited.
As long as I stay off my knees and hips and not do much walking, even around the house, I am ok.
I have not been doing much today, just trying to get a stain out my good white shirt, I put bleach on it and some spot cleaner to but it still left a faint trace of the stain, but not as noticable as it was and it was right in the front to where it can be seen by everyone. I have it in the wash now so I am hoping the wash will get the rest of the stain out. It was one of my best shirts that I love to wear to. It looked more like grease than a stain and have no idea where it came from.

Nice to hear from you today . I'm happy to hear that the pain has eased up a bit. I'm still trusting God for your "total" healing. He is able.

Those stuck in stains kill me . I have to hand wash the boys Football pants for grass stains and then wash them in the machine. The stain comes out with lots of work. I use spray n wash and it works wonders. I also think the Tide with bleach alternative (for colors) has a lot to do with it as well.

I've had them twice this weekend. Actually eating some now . I'm drinking lots of water, so the sodium doesn't bloat me. I decided not to weigh myself anyways, but I'm quite sure I will be able to feel it in my mid-area. Can't be any worse then fries, burgers, or pizza. I feel super light today and had so much confident ushering at church this morning. The only thing that bother me was that my heels had my feet achy. Other then that, I looked F A B U L O U S !

My pain is still down some but my doctor gave me different pain medication to take twice a day. Its helping me alot better than the other was, it got to where it did nothing for me. It was a milder pain pill though.
