I actually have some good news to report. As of this morning I am down 2 lbs from my low, low! Finally! I am oficially in the 180s- 188.9 AND, another half inch off my lower ab area and thighs!! I don't know if I've ever described my strange little scale situation or not.... My "official weights" come from my Wii. I have a less-than-reliable scale in the bathroom. I hop on and off the bathroom scale all the time. I sometimes weigh at night and can get a pretty good indicator of what the morning will bring. Well, last night showed I would probably be down a little- maybe half a pound. I was happy about any loss, but still a little frustrated. I just felt thinner though and my pants were extra baggy. So I got out the tape measure and sure enough, another half inch down. I just measured maybe a week or so ago too. I was pretty careful not to pull the tape too snug or anything like that. Then, this a.m., two pounds down! ![]() I've been kicking around anything I've been doing or eating differently, and I think it just comes down to patience. TOM ended and the ole body just figures it's time to let go now. I do follow this pattern, I just have a hard time remembering it during the no-loss times. I had a good run/climb Tuesday evening and I took the dog for about a 3 mile walk last night. I did my weight workout this morning (feelin' a little jello-y, but good) and I'll run again tonight. Probably a rest day tomorrow because Jr has a date. Sat or Sun I'll do a long run. Probably the seven mile route from last weekend. The "friend" he went to the prom with is now more than a friend. She's coming over to watch the DaVinci Code, then they are meeting some friends to see Angels and Demons. I would really like to see it, but I'm sure I would be cramping his style to be sitting in the back of the theater.

It did. You should have seen him cleaning last night.
We have a den sort of room that I pretty much leave to him and his brother. That's where they are planning on watching the first movie. He even scrubbed the bathroom down there. I reminded him that girls have a whole different standard of "clean" than he and his brother and his buddies do.Yesterday was an UD. I'm trying to get two days worth of coconut oil in since it's pretty high cal. for a DD. I fixed a big mocha sort of drink for breakfast with coffee, Carb Countdown milk (which turned up again at my regular grocery My arms were tired from the morning weights during my run. I may split the two up. Man, coming up the stairs last night (all 183 of them) I pointed my toes a little bit out, and it was quite an inner thigh workout. Whew. |

It's almost six on a DD. I'm not really hungry, I've figured out some pretty low cal filling stuff so my lunch was pretty satisfying. If I keep low carb too the hungries aren't too bad. The one issue that I see coming is the pizza that is on it's way right now.
With my wheat allergy I can't do too much damage even if I want to though. Seeing the scale finally move after my last DD is keeping me strong. The new gf is here right now and I'm taking them to the movies about 6:30. After that I'm hitting Costco and Whole Foods (we have a new one, but it is way across town so I only go there when I'm that way already). They are opening one this summer much closer to us and a mile or two from Trader Joe's.. that will be a happy shopping day for me. I got videotaped at work today. I'm actually pretty anxious to see it. Not to see how well I teach (it was a model lesson), but I don't really have a good idea of what I look like anymore. We have a family photo taken last summer in Yellowstone as our computer wallpaper. I look at that and think I'm looking OK, but hit me a couple of days ago that I am down 30 lbs since then. ![]() |

Wednesday 5/27
Busy, busy around here lately. Report cards, paperwork, meetings on top of meetings, today is carnival day....... My bag was busting at the seams this morning. I'll be here til at least 7:00 tonight so I packed dinner in case there isn't carnival food I want to eat. It won't be corndogs and the like though, it will be real, homecooked Mexican food from the moms around here. It is an up day. I'll see if anything looks worth it. I'm picking up DS and his friend to come work at the carnival after school. My students loooovvvveeee it when my "real" kids come to school. Yesterday was a DD, but no new loss this morning. I'm at about -2 lbs for the past 3 weeks. I was hoping the losing streak would last a little longer, but That's how I roll.I keep looking thinner though, so that's good. |

As of this afternoon I am finally free. School was out last week, but I've been teaching a math institute for other teachers this week and it is consuming and exhausting. And catered, that's a whole 'nother story. The institute pays well (going to do some work on the kitchen with the extra $$$) and it is satisfying. The participants are always very complimentary, telling me this is one of the only trainings they have enjoyed and learned from (teachers go to a lot of boring, dumb stuff) and they write these great feedback forms everyday. (I told DH he should be writing me notes about how great I am everyday, but I just can't find today's around the house anywhere. ), but it is exhausting to be "on" all the time. Some of the teachers are more tiring than my usual eight-year-olds. One of them I had this week was just a loon.DH and the boys went hunting this weekend so I have the house to myself. I stopped at Target on the way home for a baby shower gift and some cute new capris, had some blueberry flax cereal for dinner, now I'm sitting on the couch, getting caught up here and watching a Queen concert on TV. I got The Brave One from Netflix today, but I'm afraid it might be scary. I'm going to the baby shower tomorrow and then running a five mile race on Sunday. I haven't been running a lot lately so I am just in it for the fun- I'm going to avoid looking at my watch. I am up a couple of pounds. I haven't had a really good DD this week, just sort of medium days, but TOM is just around the corner so that's where I lay the blame. I'll be happy to get back to my regular routine. |

Sunday 6/15
Today was a good day. I woke up to a loss on the scale... 187.7 ... then I went and did my five mile run. I posted this on the running thread on the exercise board:I ran a five mile race this morning. It was small and in a great state park. I didn't feel so hot though. I did a couple of things wrong. I don't normally eat before I run in the morning, but this race wasn't until 9:00 and I hadn't eaten much the day before. So I had a couple of pieces of sprouted wheat toast just before 7:00. Mistake #1 I get to the race and the starting line is at the bottom of a pretty steep hill. I have hills in my neighborhood where I run, but when they are that steep I walk them. I'm standing there with all the other gals (all women's race) thinking "I really should walk that hill. I'm going to be sorry later if I push too hard up that hill." So when the gun goes off, what do I do? Charge up the hill. Everyone else was, I had to too. Mistake #2 At about mile 1 marker I felt clammy and icky and thought seriously about giving back my toast. I just ran it off and felt better by mile 2 and at the turnaround point I felt fine again. My time wasn't super (but an improvement for me) and when I crossed the finish line a lady came up from behind me and talked to me like she knew me. I must have looked puzzled, and she told me she followed me the whole race and my pink shirt and I kept her focused and on pace. I friend who was planning on running the race but got sick texted me later and asked how the race went. I told her I wasn't last (not even close My DD went really well yesterday. I even made it through a baby shower full of yummy looking stuff. Nothing worth wrecking my progress though. Somthing I don't get... I read posts on the ML about "having" to eat this or that or I'll look weird, or hurt someone's feelings, or whatever. Who are these people pushing others to eat what they don't want? Maybe I'm just lucky, but no one around me is like that. About the only thing I ever hear is "I admire your self-control" if they offer me something and I decline. I sipped a couple of bottles of mineral water at the shower and I don't think anyone even noticed I didn't eat. The certainly didn't say anything if they did. My UD today went well too. I had the above-mentioned toast and after the race I came home and had bacon and eggs with the family (home now from hunting). We went out and did some errands and I had my emergency apple and peanuts, then we came home and BBQd a tri tip and I ate broccoli with mayo. My boys were talking about how different things are now. We used to go out to eat (usually fast food) three times a week or more. DS16 realized yesterday that we hadn't eaten out since his birthday in mid May. We were hungry on the way home from town today, so we grabbed a couple of baskets of raspberries from the Costco haul and ate those on the way home- no cookies or candy or fries. I'm rambling now. Just feeling good about how things are going. If I put it all in writing now maybe I'll come back when the scale won't move AGAIN and I'm getting frustrated. |

Well then, do I have a treat for you....
I've been babbling on different threads today. I'll compile them (you don't have anything else to do, do you?) From the JUDDD thread: I found myself getting pretty hungry today so I have been on the internet reading about running to distract myself. That's what brought me to JUDDD in the first place. I had almost made peace with my slow losses on regular LC and was planning on being happy at a fairly high weight until I got a bee in my bonnet about running a marathon in the next couple of years. My profile says my goal is 175, but I just picked that because it is around my high school weight. I could have lost a few pounds then (but I was nowhere near the tub I thought I was). Eventually I might like to get to 145ish. I would really love to see 146 because even though my stats say 250 (and I am sure I weighed 250), I have a very vivid memory of stepping on the scale and seeing 246. It's like it's burned in my brain. Then I could write a book called "How I Lost 100 Pounds and Ran a Marathon." You guys would buy it, right? Some days I think I'll never make it, then I remind myself I have lost more than 60 lbs already, so what's 40 more? I'm more than half way there. Anywho, I'm rambling here to stay out of the kitchen. And from the running thread (a couple of the folks over there have been posting about trail and mud runs)...... All this talk of mud is getting to me. The descriptions and pictures here and the flyer that was stuck on my windshield for this run Dirt Inspires Women's Trail Half Marathon have made me think I might like to give it a try. My race yesterday was in the same park and part of it was on the trails. How much harder is it? I am no stranger to trails. I have been hiking for years and I shoot competitive field archery, which involves hiking around for at least 6 hours carrying my bow and other equipment. I'm not running though. I am not fast, but I have a lot of slow endurance I think. I can do a combination of running (about 60-70% of the time) and walking for at least two hours. I've never tried to go longer but I recover and am able to go on with my day feeling fine. What do you guys think? DS is going to summer school. His high school is in the hills and they have trails running around. After I drop him off in the morning I think I'll stay and do my run there. If I add trail running to my "list of things I do" I'll have to get more shoes. Darn, I just hate to buy shoes and sports apparel . I buy more running clothes than anything these days. I probably own more running bras than regular ones now.Today was a DD and it has gone well. I'm planning on making a cauliflour lasagna tomorrow for UD dinner. I love that stuff. I may do a little baking too for my guys. I picked up some whole wheat and oat flour and I'm going to try my hand at some "healthy treats." |

Wednesday 6/17 How could I have not posted this yesterday?!?
I was down again.... 185.7 ![]() I ran at the high school yesterday, but the trail only went about a mile in. I took some stairs and side trails on the way out and wound up with about a 36 min run. Yesterday was an UD and I had some yummy stuff- scrambled eggs with spinich and bacon, lunchmeat roll-ups and cauli lasagna. I made "healthy" banana bread for the guys. It turned out OK, but kind of dry. I rpobably should have made some kind of adjustment for the whole wheat flour. DD today. I think I'll go back to Nisene (where my five miler was) to run this morning after I drop the kids off. No toast and no charging up the hill this time. ![]() |

The run in Nisene went well. I'm not really sure how far I went though, I think about 6 miles. I started chatting with a lady and walked about the last mile, but dang, she walked fast. She had about 4-5 inches on me and I think it was all legs. If it was 6 miles, it was a 13 min per mile pace overall. Not fast, but it did include walking and a little gawking (beautiful redwood forest). The first time I timed myself a year or so ago I was at about a 15 min mile.
If I held that pace (13 mm) through a marathon, I would finish in 5:30. Oprah ran one in 4:29. I can't let Oprah beat me. Must. get. to. 10 mm. pace. At my current pace I could beat David Lee Roth, but I'm not sure what that says- about him or me. ![]() After my run I got a package sent off, bought some Father's Day cards and hit Costco. I bought 2 more running shirts ($14.99 ) and another big batch of raspberries that I am leaving alone until tomorrow- today is a DD I would love to see some more VFT in the morning. |

Still Thursday....
I think I bonked this morning. Yesterday was a DD so when I got up to run this morning I was on empty. I had a little cottage cheese and berries, but not too much, or . Another problem is probably the fact I have run my "long run" mileage for the last three days (it's vacation, I wanna run). So I head in the park for 6 miles. The first 2 were normal, by mile 3 I'm wearing out and at mile 4 I finally gave in and walked. It was quite a struggle to walk out that last two miles. I made it back to the car, had a big glass of tea and my emergency car peanuts and I was OK. I recovered quickly and I feel fine now, but I think tomorrow will be a rest day. While I was typing this we had a hummingbird fly in the living room. It's nice out so we have the patio door open and in he came. We have vaulted ceilings and a big picture window that he kept flying into to try to get out. I had to shoo him with a broom and DH grabbed him and took him out. That was exciting. |

Sunday 6/21
184.1 today![]() I just posted this on the JUDDD thread: A little more VFT for me today. I'm down 0.6 lb. Not a lot, but I'll take it. After two UDs in a row (Thurs & Fri) I wasn't holding my breath for anything so I am very pleased. I managed to pull off another AWF yesterday. I have had a loss of at least a half a pound after every single DD that has been a AWF. I'm going to keep doing them as long as I can. We are going to do a few chores around the house and then out for dinner tonight, either bugers (good ones, not McDs or the like) or seafood. DH hasn't decided. I have a pound of See's candy (Do you guys have that in other states? Man, is it good) sitting behind me right now in a Father's Day wrapper. Good thing it isn't for me. I still can't get over how well JUDDD works for me. I was thinking I might be losing a little TOO fast this morning, but I did some quick calculations- 15 lbs in 11 weeks is 1.36 lbs per week- a healthy rate by all accounts I've heard. It's been so long since Ilost at a "normal" rate I forgot what it felt like. I checked the Wii this morning- I lost 6 pounds in the 6 MONTHS before I started JUDDD. I feel great too, even after basically fasting for a day. I don't think I can keep the fasts up forever, but it is working for me during summer vacation. |

Monday 6/22
Yesterday was a good UD. Bacon & eggs for breakfast, a lot of yard work, granola & berries for snack and Bubba Gump's for dinner. I had my fave with mahi mahi, shrimp & rice in a lemon sauce. Mmmmmmm. After dinner I got some raspberry dark choc at the Ghiradeli shop. After I ate it I saw it has HFCS AND partially hydrogenated oils. Why do they use that stuff!?I went to the HS track to run this morning and guess what? I run slowly. Like I didn't know that. I run at about a 13 mm pace, walk at 16 mm and can do a half & half combo at 15 mm. I did a couple of laps at 10 mm pace and I was tuckered. Darn that Oprah! Well, I know where I need work. I can run/walk for a couple of hours at least so I'm not so concerned about that kind of endurance, but I feel the need. the need for speed (OK, not speed. Just a moderate pace). |

Monday 6/29
Haven't been around the ol journal in awhile. The Random Number Generator has not been kind to me lately. Up 5 lbs after the last two DDs for no apparent reason. Today is an UD and we don't have any plans to eat out or anything fancy. I had ham & eggs for breakfast and will bbq chicken for dinner. All else is going well. I currently have about twenty baby quail in my yard. We have quite a covy just on the other side of the fence in the bushes. We lure them over here with a mowed field and seed I throw out a couple of times a week. The kitchen is... is.... is.... coming along. I would like to give a good, swift kick to the guy that thought navy blue was a good kitchen cabinet color. I'm trying to paint them white. ![]() We made plans to go on an all-day horseback trip as part of our camping vacation next month. We've been talking about it for a long time and the boys are very excited. I was always afraid they would put me on a clydesdale or something, but I realized yesterday I weigh less than DH and my oldest son (I think). My number came for the Wharf to Wharf race yesterday. I did not get one of the gold numbers that is in the drawing for the trip to Hawaii. Darn. It will still be fun. The poster this year (they design a poster every year) has a pelican on it. I love pelicans. It's like they made it for me. I will certainly have to get one and frame it. I'm waiting for the cable guy right now. He is supposed to call first and I don't think I can hear him with the power sander on. |

...HEY GIRL. Missed talking with you. No sand dollars this year. Saw a very cute chubby starfish though! Lots of shells. Hung out with a pelican one morning, briefly. Great power walks on the beach several mornings. No running. The shoreline due to the unpredictable tides was not conducive for running particularly, at least for most of the week, that coupled with dodging people now and then. So I stuck to power walking, full throttle, against the wind, at times in challenging deep sand, for 40 mins. Good workout! My last day on the beach, I actually cried...it was a BEAUTIFUL day, the sky, the sun, the diamonds dancing on the water, the waves crashing, the birds -- all of it....way too beautiful/relaxing to leave. You're so blessed to live near the ocean. Hoping you have a great week. ![]()

Hey, look who's back from vacation! I missed "seeing" you.It is beautiful to live by the sea, no doubt. I am trying hard not to lose the "specialness." I can't believe how many people will tell me they haven't been to the beach in weeks. I remember the day we went to the bank to open a new account and I could smell the ocean and a seagull flew over- over the bank parking lot. People come from all over the world to visit here, celebreties and millionaires who could live anywhere live here, and and here we are doing routine errands. The cable guy was here yesterday and just stared out the window for awhile. Then he said, in a very think Phillipino accent, "You're close to God here." I do love it.Except for the navy blue cabinets! |

Saturday July 4
Happy 4th! we are having a pretty low-key day. I went for a run this morning, we are doing some shopping and errands and then we'll go watch all the crazies risk the $1000 fine and shoot off illegal fireworks on the beach. I don't think anyone even pretends that law gets enforced. One of our shopping stops is going to be REI, because we are going BACKPACKING. That's right..... NO rv, multiple day, no shower or bathroom, everything I need on my back, elevation change, elevation period, backpacking. DH went many times years ago and I finally had made up my mind to go too. So we started day hiking and then the babies came. We talked about doing it again, once the kids got big enough to be able to do the hiking, but they wouldn't be able to carry much, I was pretty heavy & DH was having knee problems... so the idea didn't go anywhere. Well, DH says the knee is pretty good, the kids can hike circles around us and pack their own stuff, and I am feelin' pretty fit, so when the idea came up again a few days ago I jumped on board. I am more worried about my hair than anything. ![]() We're plannning our first trip in the mountains around here (pretty low elevation and mild weather) for the spring, Yosemite in June and High Sierras (11,000 ft or so) in late July/early August. The guys want to fly fish, I'll just sightsee. My goal is to lose 40 more pounds since that is about what my pack will weigh- it will be a wash. We also need the time to outfit three of us with packs, bags, etc. ($$$$). We have a ton of camping stuff, but it's too heavy to pack. I'm "training" already for the hiking. I did the beach stairs twice this morning. I stopped at the top and did some pushups and dips too since I am just no good and hitting the weights at home (I am sporadic at best, I'll just be honest). We're going RV camping next week and taking a horse fishing trip so that will be fun too. |

Gina, your backpacking trip sounds like fun. My brother, who lives in CA, is an avid backpacker/mountain climber/rock climber. REI is one of the places I purchase giftcards for him. He's sent me lots of pics over the years, including his trips to Yosemite. Very cool. Good for you, embarking upon training and gearing up. Great fun AND EXERCISE for the entire family.

Did I mention I hate stripping? Kitchen cabinets that is. I'm on my third bottle of stripping gunk. This kind is finally working. It is also burning through rubber gloves and my skin. ![]() DD foods are going well today. I had a protein shake, banana and sweet peas and am up to about 300 cals. I'm not hungry at the moment, but have a salad, ff dressing and a chicken breast planned for dinner. Yesterday's UD was yummy. I didn't put it all in FitDay, but lots of good stuff (including strawberries & bluberries that I have heard may be sinful ) and no junk. I had a great run this morning. The tides have not been cooperating lately so I have been doing my long runs on the fire road in the forest (also beautiful- redwoods, ferns, deer), but I was missing the beach. The tide was about halfway in this morning but I went anyway. The pelicans are back (I love pelicans) and there must have been some great sand dollar massacre because there were TONS of them on the beach. I brought home 8 of the nicest ones, but I must have stepped over 200 of them that still had their purple fuzz on. I ran six miles, did the beach stairs twice (once toes out for the inner thighs and once regular climbing), stopped at the top and did some push ups and tricep dips on a picnic table and walked another mile uphill home. The trip to REI was fun. I'm going to have a hard time finding a backpack that doesn't rub my shoulders wrong- because get this- they are getting bony. Me.... bony. I have lead on another brand though that I think will be good.A poster on the JUDDD board has been listening to my slow loss complaints and asked if I might be hypothyroid. I have been thinking about the possibility. I am cold all the time (unless I'm running) and my mom is hypo. I took my temp this morning and it was 94.7. I made my annual appt for later this month so I'll talk to the doc then. I don't have ALL of the classic symptoms, but some. |

Still up 3 lbs over siggy on the scale this a.m. I snuck some preview measurements though (I usually measure on the 15th) and my hip/gut area is down an inch since 6/15, my waist stayed the same, under my bra is down almost an inch and my thighs are down an inch (and I know there is more muscle under there). I'm not sure about my arms. They seem smaller and more toned but I have a devil of a time getting them measured right. So, on the measurements.Today is an UD and I'm going to do a calorie/carb/protein check in. So far, for breakfast I ate already and lunch I have planned: Calories 1,011 Fat 54.5 470 47 % Saturated 9.1 79 8 % Polyunsaturated 9.2 78 8 % Monounsaturated 23.5 199 20 % Carbohydrate 48.4 180 18 % Dietary Fiber 12.7 Protein 86.0 349 35 % Alcohol 0.0 0 0 I'll probably do an afternoon snack too and I don't have a plan for dinner yet. Maybe hamburgers on the grill. I'm still working on those d@mn cabinets, we are having company Friday night and I need to get the 5th wheel cleaned and stocked for six days. I probably shouldn't be sitting here, but did I mention I hate stripping? |

Monday 7/13
Weight still holding steady, about 3 lbs off my low. TOM is here and I have been busy, busy. The folks and all the nieces and nephews were here this weekend. We had a good time at the beach and boardwalk. Tomorrow we leave on our camping trip. I've been busy packing and shopping. It was much easier to pack food for 6 days when we ate junk. We are doing a 7 mile hike one day, a horseback ride into the high country one day, then we pack up and head for the lake and meet up with the friends to do some more hiking and whatnot. We rented a pontoon boat for Saturday, that should be fun. I'm not going to try to JUDDD while we're gone, just regular old LC. It sounds good after calorie counting. With any luck and TOM winding down, I hope to come home at least back to siggy weight. |

Gina, admire your persistence and patience in your journey.
It's key to success. "Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing in the world is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent." ~ Calvin Coolidge Hope you have a great time with family/friends on your trip. What fun. Enjoy! ![]() |

Journal...... Oh journal.... Where are you?
Wednesday 7/21 (?) Had a great time on vacation. We've been back since Sunday night, but I've been gathering some thoughts on a couple of things. We had a great time and I impressed myself with my newfound fitness. I found I am WAY more in shape than the last time we hit the mountains. I think I am good to go for backpacking. DH, unfortunately, found he has more work to do than he thought. To be fair, he had some elevation sickness going on. Our first full day we left our campground and drove to about 8,500' and did a 6 mile round trip hike to about 9,400'. I felt great when we came back out. Our second day we rode horses to 10,000' and hiked back down to about 9,000'. I wound up OK, but when we first got up that high I got off my horse and went a little way down a hill and back up. I.was.suck.ing.air. I almost told the rest of the family to go ahead and leave me with Trigger (his real name ). I decided not to be a sissy and I would just take the hill back up as slowly as I needed to. After being there for a couple of hours it was fine and I hiked right back up. The RIDE back down was exhausting though. Riding a horse is not a passive experience. What is at the bottom of these hills and the ends of these trails you ask? Why, fly fishing of course. After a couple of days we packed up and headed for a campsite near a lake where we camp every year with two other families. These gals are my dearest friends in the world. We have been friends since jr high and high school. One married my cousin and one married DH's friend since elementary school. Our kid's are friends and we travel with them every year. We have all struggled with our weight over the years. I posted this on another thread this morning: Quote: Originally Posted by Sweet_Leaf "Nothing others do is because of you. Don Miguel Ruiz. This is really, really true. A story...... I have had a very dear friend since 7th grade (about 30 years). She was a thin child, but has steadily gained. We have lost weight together on WW, both just to gain it back. We have lost seperately on other plans, just to gain it back. She is married, has three kids, runs her own business and has a home that looks looks Martha Stewart lives in it, but she doesn't take care of herself. She is heavy and is on medication for chol and HBP. I think she has convinced herself that the only "sensible" way to lose weight is WW, but it doesn't work so nothing will. Almost two years ago I figured out I have a wheat allergy. That was the impetus I needed to get back to LC and have lost 65 lbs and started running. We went on vacation together last week. When anyone mentioned my weightloss she would say something like "Well, it's easy if you can't eat anything!" or something to that effect. I could have been hurt and upset, but I realize it's her, not me. She isn't ready. Just like I wasn't ready for years and probably made excuses too. All the guys got up early to go fishing one morning. I fixed myself some yogurt, blueberries and granola for breakfast and went over to her camp. She said it looked good so I offered her some (I packed WAY too much food). She said thanks, but she already had a Poptart. About this time, the other friend comes over with a cinamon roll for her breakfast. An hour or so later we were joking about how I had made too much for dinner the night before (we take turns making dinners) and they said they could help me out with the brownies that were left over from dessert. ![]() |
