My goals:

I will drink my water daily
I will do some form of exercise each day
I will love who I am
I will strive to be the best I can be
I will make this a WOL not just WOE
I will find 5 things I like about myself each day
I will take care of me
I will not obsess over the scale
I will measure once a month and picture document

So let the journey begin!

Today was a hectic and stressful day at work. I tried to make sure to get my cals and water in. I was very tired today from lack of sleep last few nights.

I did 1 hr callanetics 10 in 10
and will do 30 mins of ab extras.

Am reworking my BMR and LBM #s to get accurate numbers to use for carb/cal cycling.

Did my calculations on this website. Home Body Fat Test

It says my LBM is 151 which I would agree actually. Cause that would put me Id say at a size 6 possibly smaller. It took in account measurements which I like. Many calculators out though. Gosh how to know which is correct.

TDEE: 2349.88
so my low day im doing at 25%/ 30% - 1646-1763 ( doing range of 25-30 carbs)
my high day im doing at 10%- 2114 ( doing 50-100 carbs)

Taurine-It is a key ingredient of bile, which in turn is needed for fat digestion, absorption of fat-soluble vitamins as well as the control of cholesterol serum levels in the body. (It is incorporated in the bile acid chenodeoxychloic acid, which emulsify the dietary fats). A deficiency may impair vision and problems with fat metabolism may appear, and a theory exists that it may also be involved in epilepsy developing. This nutrient is also used in the proper use of potassium, calcium as well as sodium in the body, and for maintaining cell membrane integrity. It is thought to be helpful with anxiety, hyperactivity, poor brain function and epilepsy as well as hydrating the brain. Taurine, together with zinc is also required for proper eye health and vision.

In other words helps fat escape thru water.

The B6 helps Taurine work correctly and balance the bodies electrolyte balance and metabolic regulation. This supplement I take for it is called Water factors.

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) is helpful in alleviating water retention. It also helps produce hydrochloric acid, and absorb fats and protein. B6 can help maintain Potassium and Sodium balance, and red blood cell formation. Also vital for normal cell growth and division, and the synthesis of RNA and DNA. Involved in more biological functions than any other single nutrient with the possible exception of Vitamin E. In once clinical study, approximately one-third of a healthy elderly population had marginal Vitamin B6 deficiency. Supplementation with the vitamin in elderly subjects has produced significant improvement in immune function as determined by a number of laboratory tests, including lymphocyte responses to both T and B cell mitogens. Pyridoxine was also studied as a possible treatment for the relief of symptoms of PMS.

Down to 188 this morning.

Today is my up day. I am still struggling making good choices. Always seems my up days fall on a day I cant sit and eat or bring things I have to fly by my britches to get the foods and in turn wrong choice. Trying to make sure to have good proteins in my meals. NOt so energetic. Seems I have more energy when I eat lower carbs.

Got new hairdo yesterday...getting used to it

I have been very hungry for 2 days now. Hope it means my metabolism is starting to work efficiently. We see how tomorrow goes and pray it is starting to help me burn some fat. I sure hope so could use the encouragement. On a side note I noticed i have nice ankles and calves today lol. And i swear the more i do callan the harder it seems to get some days. I am starting to see bones in my hips and less of an apron.

I am up 1 lb this morning but more than likely salt water weight from ham last night. I drank a ton of water but evidentially not enough. I will keep on keeping though.
Today is my up day and i preplanned my foods since I have a busy work load today. Tried to make each around 300 cals. Added fruits and grains today.
Will do my Callanetics and some upper body resistance tonight.
