Felt good this morning. Scale is up but I guess its water from sodium cause my rings wont fit. I really hate the scale. I dont want to be tied to it but watching it keep going up is disheartening. B: 2 eggs scrambled in butter, 2 sausage, coffee w/ 1.5 tbsp cream and sf davinci |

well i am eating machine today lol. I been spacing things out but I have eaten everything I have brought from home to work today. drank ton of water and eating low carb lol. Wow never gotten hungry like this before.
