I woke up in severe pain. Having headache and fluid on spine. Had to go to chiro to have my spine popped back into place and aligned and my legs readjusted so I can walk correctly. Taking it easy today cause Im in alot of pain. No exercise today unless i try to do light callan back work.

Back on track today with getting my cals in and exercise i hope if my back allows. Callan day so I am hoping i can do without pain. Weird thing today I feel bloated and full of water and weighed more but I look smaller and tighter so weird...lol.

Clean out my Mental House!! No putting myself down, no unfriendly inner voice or thoughts. Stay focused on my objective and stay positive. Dont let negativity blur the vision!!!
Treat Myself with Respect!Well that is self explanatory!


Those are the 2 focuses for now.

Its from an old car wreck I had. I have sciatica and it reoccurs when I lift something heavy and me being the independent person I am lifted a 80 lb server up and moved it, and now Im paying price. I am doing better today but he had me drugged up yesterday lol so I was up 1 lb today I guess from all the meds. Anyway, I hope I can do callan tomorrow cause I miss it.

Decided to come back and post my menu today so I can come back and see what is what.
B: 2 eggs and 1 sausage patty, iced coffee w/cream and sf mocha
L: 8 ozs pork, 4 asparagus spears in butter
S: 1 teaspoon smart omega pb, acv in green tea , 1 oz mac nuts
D: 4 ozs chicken grilled, 1.5 ozs string cheese
S: 2 ozs cream cheese, 1 tbsp smart omega pb

Also had more acv in green tea

So what kind of plan did you start on Monday? What is acv?

Do you do the abs portion (before bed) of 10/10 or Evolution?

I think I'm going to do that too. Your progress is very inspiring!

Well I am staying around 30 net carbs, trying to focus on protein and fat. Going to gradually increase my carbs till I find my right amount to lose. I am going to do high cals every 4 or 5 days to make sure my metabolism dont poo out on me. I have had to rebuild my metabolism and still in that process. I did too long on low fat low cals so I am trying to make my body understand what Im doing.


Actually I do both evo and 10 in 10 abs before bed.

ACV is apple cider vinegar. I try to drink it after high protein meals to help with digestion and it helps clear the skin up.

S: coffee with cream and sf mocha
D: 2 eggs, 1 oz egg white, 3 pieces no salt no sugar bacon
S: roadside lemonade protein drink


I made some coconut cookies for a treat tomorrow. 6 carbs a piece and 100 cals. One is enough though as a treat.

Last night sleep i was in deep ketosis cause I had strangest dreams and then I woke up burning hot. That is how I do in deep ketosis. I weighed a lb heavier lol though this morning.
Wondering if the protein drink before bed made me hot. Anyway, just documenting to know and remember this. I sleep good though the times i slept and to be honest was ready to get up at 3 am lol but I stayed in bed made myself dream something good. I woke up and went morning bathroom trip and weighed and weighed 1 lb more oh well, I looked in mirror and i looked lean so hey that what matters. My jeans fit looser this morning so funny. It may have been from no exercise for 2 days and then I exercised till point of hurting in my love handles and abs last night..IT FELT GOOD!!! I felt it for like 4 hrs after so I know I worked them hard.
Well lets see how day goes!

just wondering? i do the low carb thing and have done it for awile now but am curious about having a carb day? what does it do for you? i really am curious as i would really love some good pop corn but just wont allow myself any!!

Well its according to how long you been doing low carb. I do a "cheat meal" cause my body dont like the refeeds but it does like being shook up some. When you follow the same thing day in and day out your body adapts quickly and will become efficient at running on that. So when you change things up even a bit you make your body reprocess things. So if you have done low carb a good while then you can afford to do higher cals or higher carbs one day a week or two. You can try popcorn one day just to see how it makes your body react. We all react differently and your body may actually like it.

Total: 1675 cals
Fat: 106 60%
Carbs: 90 19%
Fiber: 15 0% 75 net carbs
Protein: 83 21%

Today had cheat meal.

B: 1 egg, 1 oz egg whites, coffee with cream
S: 2 ozs pepper jack cheese
L: tuna and mayo with lettuce
S: 2 teaspoons of smart omega balance pb
D: *cheat meal*
1 bean burrito and half a grilled burrito( got full real quick and tummy ache)
1.5 piece of garlic bread
diet pepsi

S: coffee with cream

thanks for the info, my body does not handle change very good. my evil scale always goes up at least 2 pounds when i cheat and i know it is water weight but it is still very upsetting. i just yesterday put my scale away so i cannot be tempted by it every day! your pics are wonderful. i have done callanetics 10 times now, not noticing any thing changing however i am getting to feel the abs more now since i think im getting stronger.

So, how was the pumpkin treat?

I woke up pretty much every 1.5 hrs or so last night, checking to see if Gavin had made it home from the prom yet.....first time all-night-out/prom worries for Mom here.....! He's safely sleeping in bed. We're good. He was so handsome in that tux....fitted like a glove and showed his muscles very nicely. I'll share pics later.
