Hey girl...

You're doing good. I know all about plateaus...they are NO fun. I've been there, stalled, done that, and finally seen the weight continue to come off. You're doing all the right things. Drink LOTS of water. Get your exercise in. Stay on plan. Be mindful of calories, but not obsessed. And you will see the scale move eventually.

You can do this girl!

The funk has lifted!!!

OK....BIG New's people the FUNK has been lifted;


I weighed in yesterday at WW; i'm doing the core plan; which is low fat dairy; lean meats; fruit and veg; no bread! It is my second week and i Lost 5 pounds......Yeah!!!



I also took over a 18 month contrat to a gym for me and my hubby for 60.00 a month and this includes the use of 2 local gyms; that have indoor and outdoor olymic size swimming pool's and at least 2 water aerobics class's a day; i have been doing WA for almost 2 years and i need more; so i'm so pumped i can plug in my ipod and lose myself in my workout on the tradmill and then go hop in the pool and do a hour of WA....YES!




I'm in a very happy place in my life right now; even though i know i'm not where i want to be; i know i will be in the future-Nic

Oh and yeayyy on the 2 gyms.. .. fun fun.. I wish my dh would go with me again.. he just doesn't like it I guess.. and I don't wanna go alone.. not just yeat anyway.. ..

Doing good still today was a victory for me i got to the gym at about 10:45; and i walked on the treadmill for 45 minute's on an icline of 1, and at a rate 4.5 a hour; then i got off the treadmill and hooped on the bike and for 15:00 for a cool down, then my water aerobics class started at 11:45 and i went to a 1:15 minute deep water; water aerobics class....Ouch; my butt hurts; my leg's hurt; heck my whole dang body hurt's; it is sore in a ohh so good way!



Eating is good; to all of you who dont know i started doing WW core; which is basicly LC; except you get to eat fruit; no bread, no added sugar in anything; it is working great becasue i have to eat low fat now since i dont have my GB; and the fiber in this way of life seem's to really be helping me stay content, i have never eaten so much dang fruit in my life; when i did atkins for all those years i would never even look at the fruit; now thats my first stop in the grocery store.


B-light smoothie yoplait; strawberry swettened w/spledna
Grape's 1 cup

pre workout-mocha nonfat coffee.....Yumm

post W-out-melon cup with fresh cantelope.

L- left over serving of enchilada casserole; 'ground chicken,diced mater's, blackbeans, 2% cheese and corn tortilla's.....Yummo, it was leftover's from last night!



D- probably pop-corn with light butter at the movies and a diet coke! were going to see Hell-Boy....


FYI-popcorn is a whole-grain and is a core food!........

The text guides(me) sit at home or anywhere with internet access and answer the questions.I just do it off and on throughout the day during the regular job and on weekends when it is super busy and all the perverts are asking me "What are you wearing".

If you sign up let me know so that I can give you some test help.Yes,we take a test first.the test is to see if you know how to find info on the computer and a typing test.(I type 35 wpm,so ...)

20 cents per question.I get about an extra $200 every week working on and off through the day and 3 hours at night.The nightime questions are easy.Mostly teens asking silly sex questions or wanting jokes.

Oh yes,you will be REAl busy.REal soon with school starting.

B- was one yoplait light smoothie in strawberry; these are fabulous, their about 80 cal, 4 fiber, 0 fat, 8 sugar....which is fantastic for yougart!

L- Homemade cup of Chicken salad; i used one 10oz can of tyson chicken breast, 3 tbs of light miricale whip, some splenda sweetened relish, and 2 egg's and a few slices of a diced apple like a few tbls not too much and a dash of onion powder, salt and pepper and yummmo....ok this is so good and is my new addiction it is very low in fat high in protein and very filling; I eat it with one serving of the all bran cracker's they have alot of fiber alot...like 9 or 12 grams!

Snack - 100 cal pack of pop-corn those little baby bags are so cute!


A homemade "Nikkita float"- 2tbls of sugar free coffee mate liquid creamer, and a diet root beer, orange soda or a diet cream soda; i get a tall cute glass fill it with crushed ice add the creamer then add half the can of soda; OMG! These are so good....CAREFULL I drank 2 of these yesterday.

Dinner- 1 cup of chick salad and 1 serving of cracker's.

1 ww baby cream chesse cup's, with carrots to dip in.

Desert- 1 bowl of fruit with cantelope and fresh strawberry from the local farmer's market!

Layla anytime u need to see what Nic is eating just make a request! Someday's i dont post my menu cause i keep eating the same almost everyday.

What i have been doing lately if i cant write down what i'm eating i take a pic of it and then tag it with Fri-lunch....Etc; and then when i get home i look at the pics and record it in my food journal; but to tell u the truth it is actually easier to take a pic then write it down!

I'm so proud i set a goal for my self and so far everyday in july i have journaled every thing i eat....Yeah! I have never done it for that long....So yeah agian!!!-Nic

Monet..HELLO....I miss you my Pschologist friend.

You and Nic are my therapists...People text messages to 242242 and we answer the questions.I answer them at home on the comp or at school,or work on the comp.We log in to answer the questions whenever we have time.some people do it full time,other off and on throughout the day.There is a ChaCha thread in the playground I'll bump it up and get off my Girl's journal with this ChaCha stuff.Kisses.

Oh yes,people CAN ask questions from the phone.There is another job there called Voice guides and they type in the phone questions,but we(text guides) answer those as well.
