Restarted w/Atkins Induction on 1/26/08:

Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled in 1T. olive oil w/0 carb salsa

Lunch:
8 shrimp dipped in melted butter
jalapeno poppers w/ranch dressing for dipping

Dinner at 54th Street Bar & Grill:

1 - 5oz. petite bacon-wrapped fillet mignon
1/2 c. mixed veggies (summer squash/mushrooms/broccoli)
house salad with ranch dressing

Leftovers from dinner the night before~
1 - 5 oz. petite fillet mignon
1/4 c. mixed veggies (broccoli & summer squash)
ranch dressing for dipping veggies

Lunch:
bbq'd turkey on oopsie rolls with 1T. KC Masterpiece low cal bbq sauce

Dinner:
3 LC jalapeno poppers
meat and cheese toppings from 2 sm. slices of pizza

Lunch:
2 c. spinach salad w/
1/4 c. mushrooms
1 T. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. eggs
3 oz. grilled chicken

Afternoon Snack: hard-boiled egg

Dinner:
3 small brats

Ranch Dressing

Afternoon Snack: Meat and cheese toppings from 2 small slices pizza

Dinner:
Shrimp w/butter for dipping
