New Year New Journal

So I started South Beach last year on 1/8/07. I have lost 60 pounds last year and have gone strong all year.

Switching to Atkins/Low Carb mainly because when I have my one grain or fruit serving during the day I find myself craving or still hungry. Thus causing me not to lose weight.

Anyway I did Atkins back in '01 and it really helped me. I feel like its what I need to lose weight while still feeling satisfied and not craving any extra calories.

I feel like its a new year so I need something new to keep my weight loss moving. Since starting Atkins I have lost 5 pounds (couple of extra pounds from Xmas)and feel great.

I am 29 and a SAHM w/2 kids.

I just wanted to journal my food and exercise and any other things that may weigh on my mind. No pun intended.

Todays food
B-1.5 egg omelet w/slice of Amer chee,bacon,coffee,cream,splenda
L-Serving of Italian bake, SS GG broccoli-n-cheese
S-15 cashews,5 cheese cubes,vanilla caramel tea
D-chicken cutlet stuffed with cream cheese, gr pepper, mozz cheese, salad
64 oz of water
E-1.5 miles walking

L-leftover italian bake, revoloopsie roll w/PB and SF jelly (probably not good)
S-tea and nuts
D-steak and salad
64 oz of water
E-2.3 miles of walking and weights

Went out to breakfast with in laws. Stayed on plan.

Walked early this AM and glad i did.

Nothing else to report.

B-bacon cheese omelet, tomato slices, coffee
L-leftover italian bake, cup of romaine w/dressing
S-tea, few cashews
D-meatloaf, salad
64oz of water

E-30 minutes of walking

Hi Juleena! Thanks for visiting.

Today I did bills. Ugh! THen had to run to the bank and post office then home to finish my bills. Exciting day....heck no.

B-2 scrambled eggs
L-last of the leftover italian bake.
S-revoloopsie roll w/tin bit of PB and SF jelly (5g carb at most), tea
D-either leftover piece of LC meatloaf or chicken cutlet and cup of romaine
64oz of water
E-2.3 miles walking
