Alrighty, here it goes....... I started kind of watching right before New Years. My all time highest was 288.5, I just wanted to fall over and die right there! I wasn't even that big the day I gave birth to my son. I was also a Mountain Dew addict~ and I mean addict!! I would consume atleast 3 2liters of MD a day. Well, I am MD free now. I was also exercising, tae-bo, treadmill or Denise Austin. Although, I wasn't watching what I was eating real good. Today, I am taking the plunge. I am down to 280.5, atleast an 8 pound loss, but I am not excited, I'm sure it's just "water" weight as I'm done with TOM.
So, it is Stillman time for me. I need something very structured right now, and something I can see fast results to keep me motivated.

Starting weight~~~288.5

Ultimate goal~~~~165

Mini goal #1~~~~~January 19, 2008 ~~273.5 (loss of 7lbs 1st week)

***********Will set mini goal #2 on January 19***********

1st hurdle~~~~~260 by Feb. 2, 2008~~~~~~~~~

I am starting with these goals and will update mini goal #2 after this week. Saturday mornings will be my "weigh in day", although I'm sure I will be on the scale atleast once a day.
I really want to stick with this! I baked some chicken last night, that will be my lunch. I am going to the store to get some lean hamburg to make patties and I'll get a few steaks and some cottage cheese.
Will post foods eaten tonight. Wish me luck

It's almost 9:30 and I DIDNT CHEAT!!!!!! I am so proud of myself, ... of coarse the night isn't over, but I think I have today in the bag. Here is what I ate....

B: 2 scrambled eggs (pam)
L: 3 baked chicken pieces (nugget size)
D: Steak (about the size of my fist)
S: cottage cheese

~~~~~drank over 80 ounces of water!!!!~~~~~~~
Was running to the bathroom constantly, I think that was enough exercise in itself!
But we went and hauled fire wood up from the property, and I followed Dalton on his quad. That was some heart pumping work! Darn firewood.
I will post weight in the morning. Will probably eat the same, except a hamburg patty for D. we'll see.

Good news, got on the scale this morning and am down 3lbs!! total of 11 since the Holidays. Could that be all water weight? I mean 3lbs in one day?? What ever, I'm taking it!! Going to to make my scrambled eggs.

Did good today, no cheating or slips This afternoon was a little hard. I wasn't hungry, I just WANTED to eat, anything bad for me!! But I didn't
So here was the menu for today.....

B: 2 scrambled eggs

L: Hamburg Patty with slice of cheese

D: cubed steak

S: Cottage cheese

~~~~~~~~Got all my water in, 80 oz.~~~~~~~~~~~

A little apprehensive over what the scale will say in the morning, after that 3lbs today,, I'm afraid I'll get upset if it's not good. Well, we'll see....... report back in the morning before I leave for school.

Hi Rodeochic, wow, you are a really hard core low carber, doing Stillman. Too hard for me. But you sound as though you are doing a great job. I'll be very interested to see what you weigh tomorrow.
