Jennifer's 2008 Journey Journal

Round two.......My first journal did not do too good, new year, new journal...this time around I will do a muchbetter job with EVERYTHING. Long story short, I am 50 pounds over weight (maybe 60) I am going to do Atkins because it works so well for me (assuming I actually stick to it)

My goals
1. Size 8
2. 130 (even though I know the number does not matter as much as how my clothes fit)
3. Be Healthy!!

Thursday Day 1 Jan 3
~Low Carb Coffee w/ Splenda, S/F Creamer, WHip Topping (Had a few cups throughout the day)

~Chicken (Pre made from grocery store) I will assume 4 "hidden" carbs.

~Cheese 0 carbs

~ Diet 7-Up and Seagrams

Total Food carbs~4

Okay thats it for today......if I get hungry later I may have some eggs and bacon...we will see.

For now, I only count my food carbs, my adjust later.

Hi Deb....I feel really good going one day w/ low carb....I did forget to mention above I had eggs (2) and bacon, and a stick of gum,but thats no big deal....SO I am excited!
