Reva- you are mad at yourself and that is a good thing!!!
Martini- you need to get mad at yourself too, you don't want to be hovering in the 300's for another year do ya? You can move this weight it can be done, both of you know what to do and you are doing it.
Martini- even a little walking will be a good start for exercise, anything to bust a sweat!!! Get some sparkly sweats and get out there and sweat up a little.
Reva- I think joining the gym you will be so motivated and stay on track. Let me tell you it is a daily battle that never ever ends, yesterday I wanted to go head first into some chips or anything salty and crunchy it is a daily thing to talk myself down from crap sometimes I cave. What made us over 300 pounds is the fact that we turn to food, I still do, its just a matter of how bad I let it get a hold of me. But the battle never ends, like I am never going to not have to think about food and what I put into the trap every freaking day so being with you guys on this journey whether its 400, 300, 200 or 100 pounds its all the same, I am no further along in the fight.

One thing that helps me is little lists and pics I have around, like Ava Cowan's abs, and lists of why I should not eat, and as I am standing there pondering life with my head in the Dorito bag suddenly looking at a skinny woman the picture of health makes me put down the Doritos or thinking about how I felt at over 300 pounds when I was missing out on things cause I couldnt walk, one is the trip to UT when everyone climbed the Delicate Arch, friends from Romania came and there I sat at 325 pounds while they all went I felt like a giant loser! Sitting there smoking for 2 hours while they got to see this awesome sight together, I never want to feel left out again.

I never do the get mad at myself. I have enough negative thoughts going on and that might just push me into a dark space where I don't want to be. I need to walk more indeed! Sickness has me down 6 pounds in 2 days...ugh. I would rather have not suffered through it but I'll take it. I expect some gain after I eat solid food again but the 200's are happening this month. 30 pounds of this summer would be fabulous!

Hell I would take 6 pounds in 2 days even if I barfed my guts out,LOL But I cant seem to lose a darn thing! ughgh I am resigning to being this size and I am OK, I will jsut keep exercising like a nut and try to firm whats left up a little, as long as I am under 200 I am going to be thankful and happy!

Amber I keep referring back to all of my pictures from last year as I was losing weight and how good I felt. I vowed to never be over 300 pounds again but yet I did it again. I agree 100% that this will always be a never ending battle. I know that I have to except the fact that I will never be able to eat sweets again even in moderation. I just can't do it and don't like jepordizing my health over and over again. I am giving myself the same advice I gave my son in basic training. That is to stand strong and never look back, only look forward into the good things in life that will come.

There is a special running at the gym right now. I can go back for $65 for three months. I thought that was a really good deal. I can also add tanning back for $60 for three months. I think this an awesome deal and just what I need to get myself moving forward in my journey even stronger. I don't blame on getting this fat body back in the tanning bed until I am under 300 so I better get a move on it.

WOW!! Six pounds in two days is awesome. Take it slow and hopefully when you start eating again you may only gain one or two pounds back. We don't want you in dark space that you don't want to be in so just stand strong as I always say to my son and you will achieve whatever you put you mind too.

Reva- that is a super deal on the gym! Mine had a special from Memorial day - Labor day $150 no commitment, I thought that was not too bad, I pay $19.99 a month and I am thrilled with that, I think its cheap, tanning was $10 more a month but their beds suck! Where I tan they had these big bomb beds, I always paid to upgrade to them since I didn't freaking fit in the smaller ones, LOL I would tan part of me when I was heavier. I thought now I wouldn't have to use those bombs but I had so many upgrades I still do, I got a lecture form my husband about tanning last night, ughgh!

I never really got a lecture from my husband the kids sure always give me heck. They always tell me I was a fake bake and that it looked nasty. Even though my daughter is mixed I think she was half way jealous of me tanning...LOL

I stepped on the scale this morning and was pleased to see I was down a couple pounds. I am just hoping it sticks for Tuesdays weekly weigh in.

B~ 2 eggs, 2 sausage
L~ tuna, dukes mayo, boiled egg
D~ pork chop, ranch, green beans
S~ s/f jello or ww fudge bar

Hiya Nikki!!!!! How are you doing?

Dinner was changed a tad bit and I haven't been hungry for a snack. I made deviled eggs instead of the green beans. It was a nice change.

Now I could use a batch of deviled eggs!!! How was the weekend? Starting to stretchout and ready up for your gym return? I went out of town. And due to the belly bug I couldn't eat much that wasn't a carb. And boring. Cinco De Mayo and no margaritas...A sad day indeed. Ugh. Cracker, applesauce, potatoes... Interesting result. Even eating near nothing if you eat all carbs u gain...lol 3 of my free pounds returned. I think I'm healed. Appetite has returned. Boooo..lol I kid. Back on LC today.

Good Morning Amber and Martini!!

Had an eventful weekend but it was a good one. My nephew who I have been raising for the past 4 1/2 years was crowned Prom King for 2012. This is his senior year and then he is off to college to play basketball for Culver Stockton Collge. I was sure proud of him. Then had a day out with the kiddos. Took them to lunch at Steak N Shake. It is one of their favorites. I ended up eating a patty melt on rye bread and a few shoestring fries with cheese sauce. To my surprise I didn't see a gain with it and I stayed totally in control. I was super excited to see how far I have come in the past few weeks. Yesterday we had two tragedies in our family but thank God they are both ok. My brother n law got hit bar a car and one of my nephews flipped his 4 wheeler. Too top off the weekend I helped one of my brothers move and was in charge of the clean up since he is a truck driver and had to leave. Lets just say I am one exhausted chickie.

Martini I am ready to head back to the gym. The kids get out of school on the 17th and I can't wait. At least it was on three of the pounds you lost and not all six.

Today I plan on hanging out at home. It is raining and nasty out. I have a few things to get done at home and I want to to get done. I am also wanting to mess with my coupons. I need to get shopping and get some more food stocked up for summer. Do any of you guys clip coupons or get them in the paper there?

PROM KING!!! HOW AWESOME IS THAT!!! Heck youre rolling one out a year!!! Soon the nest will be empty!!! In a mere 20 years....lol Sorrry about the tragedies. Glad they weren't worse. I bet you are a tired little puppy indeed!!! Rest up!!! Clip those coupons Happily!! I should be couponing. I waste so much food as a single gal. I love restaurant coupons cause I eat out so much. Especially tolietries that I paid full price on last week. Surely there were coupons for at least half the stuff I bought.

Trying to decide what to have for lunch. It will be on plan that's for sure!

Good Morning Martini!! Yes, this is my official weigh in day. I pleased to say that since I started WW PP I am down 16 pounds.

04/17 337
05/01 324
05/08 321

B~ apple cinnamon cheerios, 1% milk, banana
L~ Not sure
S~ Fiber one bar
D~ Not sure
S~ s/f jello

I am so happy to be back in action and see the weight actually coming off of me on this plan. I know some days I do more low carb but with the combination of them both I feel confident the weight will come off and I will be able to keep it off this time.

Tuna always sounds good to me. I eat it a lot. I do like to add different things to it sometimes for variety.

Almost forgot to mention I am posting later than normal because I actually slept in till 9am this morning with the baby. OMG it has been ages since I slept that late.

Sure the water park will see me but it won't be in the size 18 shorts I am sure. My thighs have gotten more huge than they ever were and my arms are just gross.

I would love to be under 300 by the end of June. So, I better keep my butt focused.

oh Reva congrats, I see a problem for me, I looked at the PP on line I get 31 points a big problem for me is coffee, almost 6 points a day for the half and half that is tough, I would rather eat but I am such a coffee head, I found some on line calculator that tells you the points of things so I have been putting different items in I think I have been eating more than 31 points for sure, LOL I might give it a go, right now I am happy being back at the gym we will see if that does anything for me this week!

Even though diet soda is zero points it was tough to give up the fountain diet sodas. I still drink a can sometimes. I think that if the gym gives you some results I would stick with that you are doing. I do love the idea of being able to eat other things that I like and just count the points for it and be ok. I is like a cheat on low carb but I don't have to feel guilty if I absolutely want it. Yea 31 points isn't a whole lot but I could see you figuring it out to suit your needs.

Amber I am very proud of my nephew. He made such a huge turn around in his life when he came to live with us almost five years ago. Last night was the athletic awards banquet at school and he got several. The sad part is that his Mom never comes to any of his events. It breaks my heart but he doesn't ever act like he cares.

Nikki wishing you a great day too!!!!

I am not real sure what my plans are for today. I am exhausted I know that. I went down the street to my brothers new house Yesterday and helped one of my other nephews sort thru tons of trash bags of clothes they just had thrown around. I did 5 loads of their laundry. As if I don't have enough of my own to do.

I am not real sure of a menu just yet either but I will post it when I figure it out.

Yea the 3's are the worse. How many points do you get? 24 unused???? Back in my WW days I only got like 33. I been here just spinning in a circle. May is my worse month. 2 bdays, mother's day feast, and a wedding. For which I currently have nothing to wear. I need to follow your lead and cut out the diet drinks and go pure water. My feet are swollen today from the crazyness.

Martini right now I am getting 45 points a day and an extra 49 points that I can use if I need thru out the week. I haven't used any yet though so I am happy to see it is available if I need that extra sweet or for a special dinner that I want to splurge on.

I don't know how healthy they truly are for me but I have drank a few powerade zero sports drinks this week in place of my can of soda I may have. They are really tasty.

Drink plenty of water today and the swelling should go down by morning.

Sara OMG sweetie I have missed you too a lot. You know you can do this. Look how far you have come. Just right back on the wagon and get this weight off. You are looking super skinny already to me but hang in there and you will be at your ultimate goal before you know it.
