Life is crazy as ever for me and like always I put myself on the back burner and let my health get out of control. I have been doing a lot of thinking and really thinking of giving the new weight watchers plus a go and see what happens. I know several people who have had awesome success with it. Anyone do this program and has any tips or anything please help.

Amber I think that maybe I was just depriving myself of any kind of sweets and I have no control over it. Both times I have lost a great deal of weight and done low carb I have caved to the sweets and never looked back. I know with the new weight watchers plus program it focuses more on low carb foods and you can have sweets too. I am thinking it is worth a try and see what happens. If I don't like it then I can do 100% low carb again.

Thank you for always supporting me.

Congrats on the surgery Amber. I wish I would be able to remove excess skin from this horrible looking body. You are looking amazing by the way.

Thanks Nikki. I will check it out today. Do you belong to weight watchers online or do you go to meetings?

I just do it on my own now. But for the first month I went to meetings and bought all my books and stuff. I tried WW online for 3 months but then canceled it. I would suggest using online or going to the meetings for a while.

Hey girl! Glad to see you back!!!!! I was thinking of doing WW too, but the tracking can become overwhelming for me and end up making me get frustrated and stray, but it def is a more manageable plan for real life, you know?? I wish I could just go once a week for the weigh ins, lol, it always helps me stay on plan when I am paying a stranger to judge me

How is everything else going? How's the fam? We missed your beautiful face!

Sara I miss you guys so much. You have no idea. Life is crazy and always full of surprises and not always the good ones. Step son finally left for basic training which was a blessing. We are suppose to be going to his graduation in Fort Jackson Sc at the end of March.

I am suppose to be getting the calculator and stuff today for the weight watchers program. Nikki I am thinking of doing it online for the three months special they are having. I am going to go to TOPS meetins with a friend once a week which is only a $1. I am willing to give it a go until Summer and see what happens.

Well I did it!!!!!!!!!!!! I got my books and calculator Yesterday. I decided to go ahead and join ww online for at least three months. I need all the educating I can get.

I never thought I would say the day that I would reach the 300 pound mark again but I did it in less than five months time. It just goes to show how quickly a person can gain all the weight back plus some if they aren't careful. I am still very fortunate that I have kept off at least 70 pounds of what I had lost on Low carb.

I have just come to the conclusion that I am a chocoholic and will always fail if I deprive myself of the sweets completely. I decided to give ww a go because I know I am allowed to indulge in a treat every now and then and not feel quilty or go into a downward spiral. I also think that this plan is one that I can live with and maintain on much easier. I know I will not lose near as fast but I am ok with it. I just want to get myself to a much healthier state.

Be sure to eat all your daily points. I know I use to think if I ate less then I would lose more but thats not true. When I eat all my daily points I lose better. If you find you are lacking points for the day have a little peanut butter that will up 'em. The fiber one bars are good. I haven't had them in a while.

I have been stalled for 5 months now, it is freaking crazy I was so depressed about it today and I said you know what, I am done, I know what to eat to fuel my workouts, there is no way I am ever going back to where I was so I am going for fuel and go from there!!! You must find what is easy and livable! I will be here cheering you on for sure!

Martini I ended up having a small glass o milk and another banana. It was whole milk so I know it racked up a few points.

The scale was down 2.6 pounds this morning but I am going to only count my official weight on Wednesdays since that is when I started.

Amber I don't want to tempt you but OMG it was so yummy. Stay strong. You plan is working wonders for you pretty lady.

Good Morning Nikki

OMG I almost forgot. I bought a new scale Yesterday and weighed on it. I about died. It weighed me in 22 pounds higher than my old one. I want to cry every time I think about it. Even if its not right I want to go with it because I will work even harder to get back to my weight from this past summer. It is crazy how fast the weight pours back on.

Eeeesh, 22lbs heavier? That scale sounds like a jerk! But it will def push you harder if you're still the Reva we all know and love

WW is def a good, livable plan, what is the difference with the old school one and the Plus?

Are you still going to weigh daily like you used to?

I know all about the weight pouring back on, I was off for a little over a week and put on 20 freaking pounds. I couldn't even believe it. But when I say off plan, I mean it, I went hog wild. But still, 20lbs in a week!??!?! It sure sucks to have a crappy metabolism, but at least you're among friends!
