I was worried about my weigh in for this morning but it turned out quite nice for me. I didn't eat enough Yesterday or so I thought. A friend was over till after 6:30 and I wasn't hungry. So I ended up with a low carb slim fast shake just because I knew I needed something. Then, last night around 9:00 I had 1 serving of macadamia nuts.

Heading to my parents so not sure yet of my menu.

S~ slice of pumkin bake with whipped cream
D~ steak and green beans, 1 tbsp lc ketchup, 1 pat butter

I don't have a lot of plans today. I do have a few loads of laundry to do today but that is about it.

I did more legal snacking last night than I anticipated. So, I am not surprised by the scale this morning. Actually, I am happy with it.

I have to take baby Jeriah to the Dr this morning for his six months checkup and shots. My lil man is getting big so fast. I am planning on snuggling with him a lot today to comfort him. He tends to get the fever and everything with his shots.

I do plan on getting plenty of water in today. I don't think I drank quite my quota for Yesterday.

S~ 1 serving macadamia nuts

L~ chicken salad with mayo, celery, few pieces of onion for flavor

Praying for a whoosh tonight. I don't want to get frustrated but I am leaning towards it.

I am wondering if the pumpkin bake had anything to do with it. I had a piece each day since Sunday. I am omitting it from my diet today and see what happens. If this is the cause of no weight loss I won't be making it again until Thanksgiving.

B~ leftover criss cross chicken, cup of hot green tea with s/f vanilla torani

I even saw 339.2 on the scale this morning but afraid to claim it. I don't want to be disappointed in the morning if it were to go back up. I got on the scale twice so I claimed the higher number.

TOM will be lurking around next week so I am not trying to get frustrated by the scale not moving much.

The scale was out of the 240's this morning. I am so excited. I am praying I don't have to see them again.

I went to the gym today with my best friend and her kids. We walked 11 laps of the track and then did a good workout. I am pleased with myself today. The kiddos all played basketball the whole 2 hours we were there. The baby slept almost the whole time so it was a perfect day.

B~ low carb slim fast shake

L~ Pork cutlet fried in 1 pat butter, 1 tbsp walden farms bbq sauce, 1 boiled egg

D~ pork stew meat, sauteed squash with onion, cheese and sour cream

I finally made it to the health food store and picked up the walden farms bbq sauce, almond flour, and flax meal. I have several things I would like to order from netrition as well.

TOM will be here in the next day or so. I woke up due the storms at 4am and weighed. So, I am not sure if its from the earlier weigh in or TOM. Either way I am just gonna do what I do and it will come right back off.

Made a trip to Sams after Dentist appointments for LaQuane Jr and Faith. I got plenty of meat. I put some of it away last night but ran out of freezer bag. So, I have to make a trip out today to get some so I can get the meat put away. I was hoping to just work on college stuff and relax with the baby.

We are going to the gym this even so I am happy about that. I actually missed not getting to go last night.

B~ Thinking of try a one minute muffin
L~ Baked chicken thigh, squash with onion and butter

I wasn't going to weigh this morning but just couldn't do it. I had to see how much damage I had done. I was attacked by a snack monster last night. I ate 2 cream cheese muffins, 2 individual servings of macadamia nuts and a chunk of colby cheese. The sad part is I did it all while watching Biggest Loser. How pathetic huh!

Start ~ 377 on 9/12/10

Monday ~ 340.8

Saturday 10/23/10 ~ 339.2
Sunday 10/24/10 ~ 337.8
Total loss for the week is 4.6 pounds

Monday 10/25 ~ 335.6
Tuesday 10/26 ~ 337.2
Wednesday 10/27 ~ 336.6

Look out tomorrow though.

I made it to the gym Yesterday. I walked 18 laps around the track which was alittle over a mile. Then I did some exercises in the weightlifting room for these bat wings. I am going to try and go back again today while the kids are at school. Yesterday it was crazy with them there. I would like to enjoy some me time without constantly having to hear the words "MOM". Jeriah is no biggie because he is normally sleeping while I walk. The stroll in the stroller does both of us some good.

B~ 2 egg omelet with sausage and shred. cheese
L~ tuna with 1 boiled egg, 1 tbsp mayo
D~ hamburger with oopsie roll, 1 slice of cheese, 1 tsp. mayo, few small pieces of onion

Thank you Diane. I try to prepare myself when I know TOM is on the way. I just don't know what came over me. The snacking is all legal so I am not going to fret anymore over it.

I am happy with the results this week even though TOM has been around all weekend. I am praying for a whoosh any day.

Managed to get the housework done, about six loads of laundry done, made a big pot of chili, cleaned out the silverware drawers and got rid of stuff I didn't want anymore. Then, I took the kids trick or treatin. They had a blast so I am happy. No temptation with all the candy around so that is a big plus.

B~ lc slim fast shake
L~ leftover criss cross chicken, squash with butter onion and mushrooms
D~ ground beefed chopped up with shred. cheese
S~ s/f jello, 1/2 oz boiled chicken

I am not sure what the heck is going on. The scale is going in the wrong direction for no obvious reason. TOM is gone so I was sure a whoosh was near.

The only thing I can see differently is that I haven't been eating my boiled eggs or omelets much in the past week. I also know that my water intake hasn't been near what it should be. So, today I am sucking down water and eating my eggs that I love to eat. I will see what happens from there.

My mother in law is coming today for a few days. So, I have a lot I want to accomplish before she arrives today.

B~ 2 boiled eggs, 1 tbsp mayo/mustard

L~ omelet with sausage, shred. cheese

D~ 2 chicken wings, 1 tbsp ranch, steamed mixed veggies, 1 tbsp butter

Reva, you are doing fabulous, keep up the good work girl, you know this is not a sprint to the finish line but a slow and steady race. It didn't take us a few months to put the weight on, it will take us persisting through this WOL to get it off

I am with you on slow and steady wins the race. I can deal with that but it does gets frustrating sometimes when the scale bounces up more than just a pound or two for no obvious reason. I know I am under a little stress right now too so that could have a lot to do with it as well.

I know it will. Try and watch your salt intake too. I have gone totally salt free, I use different flavors of Mrs. Dash and other herbs and spices to jazz up my food, so I really don't miss the salt taste.

Me too! Although, sadly, I've only worn it out once... we never have anywhere to go.

Wow! Didn't realized I had missed posting in my journal the last two days. I have been quite busy visiting with my Mother in Law. It was a nice visit but it is always nice to get my home back to "Normal."

Eating has been 100% on plan. I have been frustrated by the yo yoing of the weightloss this week but came to the conclusion that I am eating right so my body must just be playing catch up.

B~ 2 egg omelet with sausage, shred cheese

L~ lc chocolate slim fast shake

D~ crustless pizza with turkey for the crust, sausage, shred. cheese and a few mushrooms
