I wish that it was an ovarian cyst. It is actually on the outside. Sorry TMI

Do you mean OUTSIDE, as in external, as in Bartholin Cyst (or "clogged" gland)? If so, that's good news, too. At that size they definitely need to be checked out, but typically they don't present any serious problem other than possible infection and discomfort ~which can be easily treated!

Yes, I do mean outside as in external. I am worried about being down a few days from the gym and the iv fluids that they will be giving me.

Meh, just consider it a mini vacation from the gym. I bet you can still do a few simple stretches and some walkin' at home.

Oh I know what you mean, I use to manage an OB/GYN practice in CA, you will be fine and the fluid will leave in no time, but you gotta get better, you will find some exercises you can do even if light arms and walking to keep you going!

I woke up with a clear mind this morning. I don't know why I would let this get me down. I am much stronger than I give myself credit for. I know this is something I have to do so I refuse to just dwell on what is going to happen and the pain and no gym. I will get thru it. I just went thru a near death time in my life and gave birth to a baby boy. Suck it up Reva you are a strong woman and can and will conquer anything.

After all, I will no longer have TOM and be out of pain that I was having to go thru every month along with the month bloat and gain. How much better than that can it get?

I have to get my butt busy and get my daughters birthday gifts today. Her birthday and party is tomorrow. I was suppose to do it Yesterday after the Dr. appointment but just couldn't find her anything that was on her list. We are suppose to get some thunderstorms today and tonight and I don't want to be out in that crap.

I did make it to the gym for a cardio workout last night. I only did 35 minutes on the treadmill and tanned for 7 minutes. It was getting late and I was tired.

Yesterdays menu:
B~ lc chocolate slim fast shake
L~ grilled steak, ranch, cauliflower with cheese, s/f jello with whip cream
D~ Nothing
S~ bottle of diet 7-up

Today:
B~ 2 boiled eggs (egg salad), 1 tbsp dukes mayo
L~ grilled sirlion steak, 1 tbsp. lc ketchup
D~ pork chop, 1 tbsp. ranch

That is cool your daughter's B-day!!! That will be fun.

Yeah some nights I jsut dont have 1 1/2 hours to put in at the gym, last night I did 30 minutes of cardio and the ab machines and called it a night, but I try to stick to going so that it is a routine that I cant break. Tonight is my off night and I am darn curious to see if the scale moves, this bouncing all week has me a mess.

I know what you mean. TOM is gone and I still haven't dropped all the water weight. I am still up 3 pounds. I am normally taking Saturday and Sundays off at the gym but I am planning on going Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday so I will have at least 3 days in next week. I won't be able to go Wednesday or Thursday for sure the Dr. said.

Aww, well Reva that is good news, it could have been worse! If I'm not mistaken, that's a pretty easy surgery, the recovery time can just be sucky because of it's location. You will get through, you are a strong woman!

On a lighter note, did you find any zebra stuff at Deb?

I ran out of time and didn't make it to the mall Yesterday. I did stop by Gordmans though and bought a zebra purse instead. They didn't have any zebra shirts that was cute. I had my hopes up but will probably go to the mall on Sunday with my daughter. I am sure her birthday money will be burning a hole in her pocket.

The only store I have near me is Walmart and JcPenny. The closest clothing store from me in an hour. That is why I am always driving to St. Louis. In the small town I live in there are no major stores at all.

omg I love dots. I get most of my clothes there! I got a suuuuper cute outfit a couple of weeks ago. Black cotton pants with rolled cuffs with a little tie and a peachy pink chiffon top with black lace panels on the side, and the bottom of it is really wide so it flutters. I feel like a faerie in that top! AND THE CLOTHES ARE CHEEEEAAAAAAPPPP. Jeans for $20 or less! Most of their stuff is under $30, actually..

Reva, I don't know what city you live in, but there are 2 DOTS in St. Louis...

Oh Sara!!!! Lose that weight girly!!! I am telling you, you will be in onederland before summer!!! You are going to be smoking hot in your swim suit thats for sure.

edens I did do a search and found one in St. Louis that is exactly an hour from me. I am probably going to make a trip down there on Sunday. I need shirts badly. I have three pair of jeans that I can wear and thats it. I can always wash and wash those darn things but my family is getting tired of seeing me in the same tops all the time.

I have always loved animal prints they are like a netural they go well with anything, I love zebra and red!

Reba! Yay for Dots. I like them better than Fashion Bug. You will find a ton of cute stuff, definitely check their clearance sale racks!!!

And, don't mean to be a smarty pants, but I think that is giraffe print. Which I like best out of all the animal prints, so I just had to speak up! Love that bag!

Here is a new pic of me. I really don't see any difference from the last picture taken on the 17th of February. The shirt I bought the other day at Cato Fashion is a size 18/20. I was super excited even though it was a baggy shirt to begin with...LOL.

edens got the top and necklace at Catos and the jeans at Deb.

Thank you Lilmrschevy and edens.

I didn't both weighing in this morning. It was so busy Yesterday that I forgot to eat. I waited until almost 10 pm last night and decided I wanted some beef jerky. I sat and ate a small bag of it. Then today hasn't been any better. I have munched on salty crap all day. I know its only water weight so I am going to wait a few days before I way again.

The party was a success. My daughter and her friends had an awesome time. This is a picture of her thinking she is grown. lol
