Thank you so much for taking the time to read my journal. Thank you, Thank you!!!!!!

No, I don't eat much cheese at all. I may put a 1/2 slice of cheddar cheese on an omelet in the morning or an occasional tiny bit on some cauliflower or burger but not very often. I tend to lose a lot better when I eat VLC.

TOM arrived in full force this morning. I am feeling like crap already. I ate pretty much all protein Yesterday. I thought I would be down a pound or two at least but of course not. I am praying I will see a nice loss in a few days.

Laura thank you so much for sharing that post with me.

I started learning the zumba steps last night. It was kicking my tail even though my daughter and I had fun doing it. I will be finishing up the steps tonight and get on with the cardio party dvd.

I also head back to the gym this evening for another tan and a trciep and bicep workout. I hope these craps ease up before then.

We got some horrible storms last night. The sirens went off I don't know how many times. I am tired and cranky this morning but I need to get to Walmart and pick up some formula and baby food. I don't think I will be doing much other than that.

How is the zumba are you having fun?
It will come off, I am adding more machines Tuesday night. I feel like I do alot with my arms, but not enough with my legs and arms, I think the weight machines are better ab workouts then just the 200 regular situps I have been doing, but darn it is showing, I love feeling my bones, my son came over and sat on me last night and he was like OMG mom that is a hip bone, LOL That made me feel good! I am wearing my new outfit today and for the first day in like ever, I was like wow I feel good about myself!

Amber I am so darn proud of you!!!! You have came such a long way in a short time. A pic of you in your new outfit would be nice to start off March with. I bet that was an awesome feeling when you son felt your hip bone. I can actually see and feel my collar bone now which is huge for me.

The zumba was a lot of fun and I definitely don't think it will be something I get tired of doing. The music on there makes you want to keep on moving no matter how tired you get.

Hi Nikki!! Glad you stopped by!!! I was going to get zumba on the wii but wanted to be able to take the dvds with me even when I go out of town over night or something.

ugh. ToM. I have preToM weight creeping up, I think (actually, pre-ov for me, but that is when I start holding onto water, apparently.) Sheesh. I finally hit 20 lbs and then it goes back up! Stoopid water. At least that goes away "easily".

Love ya girl...

3/1/11 ~ 280.2

Total weight lost for Feb. is 9 pounds. I am still feeling crappy about the gain. I was down 13 pounds for the month but hey 9 pounds isn't too shabby.

I will be so darn happy when this water weight leaves. I can't even get my rings on. I am getting nervous though. I go to the OB/GYN Dr on Thursday. If TOM isn't gone I don't want to have to change my appointment once again. I am going to also discuss with him these horrible cramps. I never had them until I got my tubes tied last June. I was one of the lucky ones who never used to even have a twinge while on.

I did an awesome bicep and tricep workout at the gym Yesterday. I also tanned and paying for it dearly. My back is so burned I couldn't sleep on it last night at all. I suppose it will be a few days before I get back in the bed for another round.

I got a bunch of yard sale stuff tagged and boxed Yesterday. A friend came over and bought another $55 worth of Jeriahs stuff so that makes $103 for him in two days. Not bad for not even having the sale yet huh? I am going to save it up till after the sale and buy him some stuff for summer.

B~ 2 fried eggs, 1 sausage patty

L~ chicken salad, 1 tbsp. dukes mayo, 1 boiled egg

D~ top sirloin steak, 1 tbsp lc ketcup

Darned lcf server! lol I had written out this super long reply, and then the server was like 'oops, we can't find the page'. GRR.

Uh, in a nutshell I said...

Sorry to hear about your newly developed cramps and I hope you won't have to reschedule. And congrats on your pre yard sale sales. And then I talked about how burning in the tanning bed sucks, and how I did that before I got married, and how I don't think I will again because I'm afraid of wrinkles and sun damage. :P Then I talked about how I joined a second gym in addition to the krav maga gym, because the other one's really far from home, and Gold's is open 24 hours a day during week days, which is awesome, and I can take the kids, which I can't to the other one. I haven't worked out in a couple of weeks because I just couldn't make it, it's over 30 mins, all highway. Close to my office, but my schedule's been to hectic recently.

Whew! Oh, and water weight sucks. I'm 241.4 right now. BWYA knows I usually weigh late morning or around noon because I eat late at night. lol Hopefully after a while the scale will go back down-it's still early. Didn't reach my 8lb goal for the month. If I go back down to 239 where I should be (darned water!) then I'll have lost 5. *sigh* I should be way more strict like you and do vlc but I love my sweets. lol

Sweets is my all time weakness. I use to literally live off of fountain pepsi and chocolate. That is one of the main reasons I got so fat. I do lose really well when I keep it VLC. I rarely make lc sweets because I still have no control over how much I eat of it. I treat myself like an alcoholic only I refer to myself as a chocoholic. I will never be able add in the real stuff later on in life.

Wow! That seems like a really long drive to the gym. I think I would join one closer as well. I love the idea of child care but I think I would worry about my baby being in there with all the other kids not knowing what kind of sickies some of them may have. It only takes one snotty nose........LOL. My son gets so sick easily that I try to take all precautions with him. We do have another gym near me that offers all the goodies but I like paying only $30 a month with no contract and no pressure. They are awesome owners and even a more fantastic gym than I imagined.

Any number of pounds that you lost for the month is better than seeing a gain. KUTGW!!!!!! I try to shoot for a 10 pound a month loss but will be grateful with no matter what I can lose.

I rewarded myself with tanning once I reached my 100 pound loss. I see it as an added "me time" bonus.

Reva that is great getting to sell some stuff, one thing kids clothes always sell, it sucks now that Bobby is older I can never find his size at yard sales and with him growing like a weed I just buy him stuff at Target to get him through a season. Now baseball again, more cleats, pants, socks, etc, it is a big expense, but he loves it.

You gotta be careful tanning, my beds are 12 minutes, but I start at like 4 minutes it sucks wasting the session but I learned I get too burned and then it hurts and peels and I look like a snake, LOL

That bugger weight will come off, I was up a pound today which ticked me off too, I was so careful yesterday.

Tonight is my abs training at the gym, going to add some new stuff to work this gut off!

AMber

I tanned 9 minutes Yesterday and will be backing it off to 7 minutes next time. Lessoned learned here.

Try clothing 5 kids and three of them teenagers and in sports that are picky as can be. NOT FUN!!!!

I am being very careful today and not putting anything extra in my mouth. I did end up having a low carb slim fast shake for breakfast though because I just wasn't hungry but didn't want to be starving by lunch time if I got hungry.

I almost forgot to mention I finished college Yesterday. I am just waiting to hear if I passed my finals. I will have my accounting degree.....WOO HOO!!!!!!!!! I will be starting the bachelors program on March 15th. I am switching my major though because I hated accounting. I am going to go into Health Care Administration. Health Care has been in my blood since I was 18. I might as well do what I love huh!!!

Great job, Tony got his degree at night, he worked as an engineer for 18 years then went to school 4 nights a week for 9 years to get his BS in Engineering, with a child and family he was just ending the year I met him, it is huge dedication, I would like to get my masters, but I know I would never have the discipline to do it, you should be very proud!!!!!!

Yay, congrats on your finishing up the accounting!!! What a huge accomplishment! You go girl!

I did 3 years of college and only made it to junior status, and the stopped. lol But I was a single mom and trying to work full time as well. Just didn't work out. I am not the type who enjoys different subjects. I was an art student so mostly I just liked my art classes. I did great in English and Art History, and failed the pre-algebra twice, and never did any science or speech. lol I was bad! Just wanted to draw! And now I own my own business as a wedding florist, so my art background helps.

Thank you for the congrats. It feels awesome to have accomplished my education in the darkest time of my life. I don't know how I did it a year ago but the great man above saw me thru it.

Got in an awesome cardio workout at the gym this evening. I did an hour. 2 1/2 miles on the treadmill and 4 miles on the exercise bike. I feel great. Now, if this TOM bloat would leave I would be happy.

Laura I would sure do them for you.

woohoo, that sounds like a great workout! i did the combat cardio class at gold's (totally not as intense as my krav maga kickboxing, as i was able to keep up almost the entire time lol), which was an hour, then i did 5 mins (.35 miles) on the elliptical as my cool down, and then sat in the dry sauna for about 10 minutes for a really good sweat. O.o WHEW!

what kind of music do you listen to when you do your workouts? i've been keeping my ipod at work, but now i joined the new gym i should take it with me if i don't feel like doing a class. :P

Sounds like you did an awesome workout as well. I listened to mostly hip hop music. I do listen to some of the 80's music. It tends to keep me moving faster.

I really feel like cursing right about now. I ate nothing but meat and eggs Yesterday, 156 oz of water, exercised my butt off lol, and this is what I get? TOM should leave in a day or two. I am praying three or four pounds leave with him. This is just crazy. I know my body is just retaining fluid but it doesn't help matters any.
