Reva- See am I psychic or what?????????????? I said Tuesday you would hit 279!!!! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!! I am doing the happy dance!

I am worried about this knot you have I hope that goes well! Saying a prayer for ya.

I agree that my tummy was a little quesy yesterday I am guessing from all the fat. Try an avocado, they are so yummy I love them, it is hard to get past the texture when you are first yrying them, but they are delicious, honeslty I hate tuna salad and mayo, if I eat tuna I usually mix it with vinegar and red onion, but last night on that avo it tasted delicious! Try just one they are good for ya!

Amber I will pick up when I go to the store this morning and give it a try this evening. I do love tuna but not sure how well I would like it with all that extra mayo.

I will keep you ladies posted!! Thank you for the prayers. I am worried but have tried not to let it get to me. I don't want my kids knowing until I find out what it is.

I am not really claiming the 70's just yet Amber. If it sticks for tomorrow then you bet I am going to claim it. It is still so close to the 80's.

For the fat fast, if you are eating the tuna with the avocado, i don't think you will need the mayo. there should be enough fat just in the avo.

Reva I am so worried! I will be waiting anxiously for your update on Thursday. I hate this time difference!

I go Thursday morning at 9:45 in St Louis. I it is a bit over an hours drive but as soon as I get back home I will let you know how it goes.

What does an avocado kind of taste like? Is there anything that is similar in taste?

Reva! Look at you in the 70's! w00t! Thanks for stopping by my journal. I pondered your question and wrote out a few thoughts. Maybe when you have some time, you can take a look and see if you find anything... thanks!

Praying that your appt reveals nothing serious, but just a simple, not-scary, only annoying, thing.

Reva you sound just like my mother "I'm not going to tell the kids unless it's something serious" Wait until they get older, it becomes very frustrating!!!! I hope it is nothing serious and all goes well.

You ladies and your fat fast... my stomach gets queasy just thinking about it! I've been slow lately but I think it's more of a behavioral thing, so I'm going back to basics and I'll see if it helps, if not, guess it'll have to be M&E for me. :P

Oh and Reva, I've never eaten an actual avocado before but I do love guacamole!

My kids have worried so much about me the last few years and now that I am getting healthier I don't want them to get discouraged. I promised them that my health was going to make things so much easier on all of us. It has been so far.

Sara I would much rather do a meat and egg fast. This is another reason I am only doing it for two days.

I don't like guacamole either.

Reva- geez it is hard to say what an avocado tastes like, if you dont like guac you will not like it, I just love them, when I lived in CA I ate them al the time, I love chicken with avo, fish with avo, fish tacos, yumm, here they are so darn expensive, like $2 a piece, and then if you get a bad one I am so ticked, there is a fine line with them, getting them perfectly ripe, but try it, I love em! ALways good to have something new. I hate tuna salad, but with that mayo and stuff it wasnt too bad, I got the tuna in a bag the while albacore, the rest is like cat food, LOL My cats were going crazy!

I am super upset. The Dr. office left a message on my house phone today telling me they have to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow. Apparently, the Dr. forgot to clear his schedule for tomorrow for some big meeting. So, now I get to wait a whole other week.

On a good note, My Zumba stuff arrived. I can't wait to start doing it along with going to the gym.

I did an awesome leg workout this evening. I even increased the weight amounts some. I can down do 90 pounds on the leg press......WOOT WOOT!!!

I love it Casey!! Thanks for sharing. I don't have rhythm either but it looks like it is somewhat easy to learn the basic steps. I am super excited to give it a go tonight. I want to wait until dh is down for his evening nap before work tonight.......LOL. Today is a cardio day at the gym so what a better way to add to it.

Martini that grandma was getting with it. The cubby girl in the front even looked like she was enjoying it.
