Reva I always have had confidence in you. Oh and do not ask Amber about her journal being deleted, mods do not play, got my hand slapped for asking.

OMG that is terrible. Thank you for all your support!!

I just got finished putting a low carb chocolate cheesecake in the oven. I plan on freezing it in individual servings.

I also bought me a 1 gallon plastic container and cut a slit in it for change to go down. I sealed the lid with Super glue fix all adhesive. My plan is to save as much change as I possibly can and even bills if I have some to spare from time to time. Once I reach a goal of 199 I am going to take myself shopping and buy some new clothes or treat myself to a day at a spa. I am not sure what made me do it besides the huge ash tray in my van over flowing with loose change.

I ended up eating too late last night I think. I treated myself out to Bingo last night. I needed out of the house alone and this was the ticket. I only won $30 so it wasn't much fun after all. I spent probably $50. I had a patty melt no bun while there and that wasn't until around 7:30.

I can't wait for it to actually be spring so I can hit some yard sales. I am getting all of my kids stuff packed up for a yard sale sometime at the end of March or April. They grow so fast and I can't see not using the money from their old stuff to buy them new. I haven't had one in a few years but I have made close to $1000 before.

I am thinking of going on the fat fast with you Amber. I printed stuff out on it last week and just never did it. I ordered some Macadamia nuts a few weeks ago and I still have some of them left.

Meal 1 ~ 4 strips bacon
Meal 2 ~ 2 oz chive and onion cream cheese in celery
Meal 3 ~ 1 oz macadamia nuts
Meal 4 ~ 1 oz macadamia nuts
Meal 5 ~ 2 oz Chive and onion cream cheese in celery

I hate HWC in my beloved coffee I prefer the half and half I always use, but for a week I will do this!

Come on Casey join us it will be fun, I am so excited now I have buddies to be cranky with me! LOL

I spread my HWC out over 4 cups of coffee, then I didnt have enough to make more coffee, ate my dusty nuts that rolled on the floor at 9:30 I am not hungry now, I was getting ravenous, I am used to drinking my Atkins shake at 7:30 when I get in here, so waiting til 9:30 was maybe a little long, LOL. I cant wait til lunch, its not like I am stomach hungry I am mouth hungry. Drank 60 oz of water so far, so been running to potty! I need me some bacon! Maybe I will make some tonight to heat in the microwave, but it is suppose to be nitrate free, mine has nitrates, so I was trying to avoid it. Did you girls ever try the cream cheese in jello, I am hopin that goes down easy, I usually burn 300+ calories at the gym I have a feeling the workout will be hard tongiht, but we shall see!

I had thought about trying the cream cheese balls but was alittle worried how they would turn out. I wonder if I could eat a small piece of the crustless low carb cheese cake I made over the weekend?

I have a bicep and tricep workout today. I plan on really pushing thru some heavier weights.

I was going to try the egg salad in the morning but not sure I can handle all that mayo either. I have never tasted an avacado so I don't think I will go there with that one. I have sucked down a gallon of water already today and peeing like a race horse........LOL.

Todays workout was really murder for me. I could definitely tell I have been slacking on bicep and tricep day.

10 minutes on treadmill at 3 with a 2 % incline

4 sets of 12, 10, 8 and 6 reps

Seated shoulder press on bench using dumbbells

Standing hammer curls using dumbbells

Tricep pull down using machine

Overhead extension standing

I woke up this morning with a bellyache from he**. I don't think my stomach is agreeing with all that fat. I didn't do anything different.

I am not happy with .4 of pound with all that fat but I will give it one more day and see what happens.

I need to throw together a grocery list and get to the store today. I have a list for SAMS going for tomorrow but I want to get it all done before the weekend. I totally hate grocery shopping on a weekend. Besides, my next few days are going to be very busy.

I haven't mentioned but I am going to see a GYN Dr on Thursday. I have a knot the size of a big grape. I am going to have it checked out. So, please say a prayer all goes well for me if you don't mind.

Todays Menu:

1 ~ 4 strips bacon
2 ~ 1 oz macadamia nuts
3 ~ 1 celery stalk with chive/onion cream cheese
4 ~ tuna with mayo
5 ~ 1 celery stalk with chive/onion cream cheese
