I am making my February goal 277. This is 11. 4 pounds which I feel is very doable. I would like to be as much under 250 as possible by summer. Its time to kick things up a few notches at the gym and get a better handle on the evening snacking on extra meats that I have cooked at dinner time.

I did some major grocery shopping Yesterday to stock up on food in case we lose power during this awful ice storm that is suppose to move in sometime this morning. We are suppose to get snow on top of it by Wednesday. So not looking forward to it. I was so scatter brained due to the massive people shopping that I accidently left my debit card at the register. Thank God no one was able to pick it up and use it. The honest cashier took it and had them put it in the cash office. Later on in the afternoon I sat down and was going to pay bills online and discovered it was gone. The only two stores I had went to was Walmart and The Wonder Bread Store. Thankfully, it all ended well and I got my card back unused.

This morning I am going to try and head to the gym for a cardio workout. I know I probably won't beable to go the next few days. The kids aren't even going to school this morning. There is honestly no since sending them when they are going to get there and then be sent right back home this morning. It gives me time to get some more things done too.

B~ chocolate protein shake with 8 oz unsweetened almond milk

L~ turkey cutlet with 1 tbsp ranch

D~ hamburger with 1 tbsp lc ketchup

I know I am so sick of snow!

I think being under 250 by Memorial Day is very doable, you will be under 200 the way you are going to town! I am seriously kicking it in too, I want this off before summer roles around, and am really determined to get it off for the wedding.

The new routine at the gym is killer, I went yesterday and at 3:00 they are like we are closing, I didnt realize that they close at 3 on Sundays I thought that was an time, so I didnt get to finish my whole routine, but my legs are killing me!

Amber we can do this!!!!!!!! We have to work hard for it if its what we want. I hate to hear that you didn't get to finish your workout Yesterday. It does sound like what you got to do was awesome. I am so proud of you the way you have stepped things up.

I got in a short cardio workout Yesterday. With all of this nasty weather out I was scared to stay gone too long. What counts to me is that I went and feel better that I did.

20 minutes on the treadmill for 1 mile and 5 minutes on the exercise bike for a total of 1.2 miles.

I am going to do one of my Leslie Sanson workouts sometime today, but with all five kids at home, its going to be a tough one.


Thanks so much ladies for the awesome compliments. You sure know how to boost my confidence. I feel so much better about myself when I look at the before pictures and then look at pics of me now.

Russel of course I remember you. How are you doing?

Please keep my family in prayers. My Sister in law and brother lost their grand daughter this morning. It is a sad sad situation.

Looks like I let boredom get the best of me today. I have ate more macadamia nuts, peanuts and diet 7-up today than I have eaten probably in my whole journey. I know the scale will be up tomorrow so I don't want to get depressed over letting myself eat out of boredom so I won't be getting on the scale. I am just going to guzzle plenty of extra water tomorrow.

I was also lazy and didn't do any exercise except moving my living room furniture around. The bigger boys had to move the big flat screen TV though. I wasn't chancing that thing alone. I also did a lot of surfing the net......LOL

I am so not happy with the number on the scale this morning but I knew it was going to happen. I am blown up like a helium balloon this morning from all the sodium. So, today I am drinking plenty of extra water. I want to get this water weight off of me as quick as possible.

I am planning on doing Leslie Sansones fat burning walk workout video this morning. Looks like I definitely won't be going to the gym today unless I can get my hubby to drive me there. I am having withdraws something terrible. I didn't realize how addicted I am right now to exercising.

B~ 2 egg omelet with sausage and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese

Hi Reva,
I was checking out your menus. Do you do low calorie as well as the low carb? It doesn't look like that you are eating very much. Some say you can eat too less. I kinda get confused sometimes. But you are doing an awesome job at losing the weight!

Hi Glenda! I don't ever count calories or carbs. I truly just wing it. I almost never hungry. That is why you don't see a lot of food on my menus. Trust me, I do get snack attacks though and can over do it on the calories.

Reva-did the package come? I was without power yesterday so I will send the confirmation and proof of delivery, I am keeping my fingers crossed that it makes it! THis darn snow and ice probably slowed it all up!

Hi Amber!! The package just arrived. Thanks so much!!! They are all super cute!! Between you and Sara I am able to have an outfit for the wedding on Saturday and the wake and funeral on Tuesday and Wednesday. You girl are awesome. Please let me pay you both for them. I will have to take some pics for you two this weekend. I hate to hear that you was without power. We were lucky and didn't lose ours.

L~ 2 bunless mcdoubles from McDonalds plain and no cheese (so basicly just they patties)

I just made it home from taking Jeriah to the Dr office. He has been running fever for 2 days and has a horrible cold once again. He is now on steroids and some other meds. We had to sit there for almost 4 hours because they tested him for RSV and Strep at the hospital. Thankfully, he has neither.

I am hoping to make it to the gym sometime tonight. I sure was glad I decided to go Yesterday. I only did chest, shoulder and back machines Yesterday along with 10 minutes on the treadmill to warm up. I was nervous as heck but ventured out in this crap. I was having major exercise withdraws and the workout video just wasn't cutting it.

Hey Glenda!~ I'm with Reva on winging it, whenever I get too crazy about counting, my losses slow. Just eat when you're hungry, eat until you're full and keep it on plan!

I was just posting on Casey's journal that I love that she has a fan club, I love that you have one too!!!!!!
