Reva- holy moly you can really see the weight coming off you, that is awesome about your calves and forearms isnt that funny where you lose? Its like I measure my waist and it doesnt seem like much but then how are your pants so big it just doesnt make sense! I agree measurements are just as important as weight!

Sara- OMG I feel your pain, I was like my thigh is bigger than Tony's waist, it is so depressing!!!!! I want to weight at least 190 by the wedding so I am less than him, I keep trying to fatten him up, but he just doesnt gain, the skinny bugger! LOL Reva you will be blowing by hubby in no time, Gosh I wish I could eat like you!
Reva- you are going to get a job as he Atkins spokesperson when you are done, forget Courtney!!!

Amber I don't think I could be a spokesperson. I am not good talking in front of people live. I am a shy person until you get to know me believe it or not....LOL

I use to be embarrassed about stuff with my weight to my husband but I starting feeling like if he knew really how much I weighed then he would watch the scale go down with me and be so much prouder of me than he has shown in the past. Sometimes men just take us for granted and it burns me up.

Casey I bet your hubby wouldn't mind doing it for you.

Looking forward to getting back to the gym tomorrow. I have enjoyed these two days off but I seem to miss going to the gym on my off days. I guess I am just anxious to see if I can get as good as results I did Yesterday in another two weeks.

I don't have much plans today except for getting some laundry caught up. I usually do a load or two each day but have put it off and now the kids did theirs and used all the detergent so I have to run to Walmart and pick up some.

B~ 2 scrambled eggs, 1 sm. sausage patty

Its been a nice relaxing day. I did one load of laundry and that was it. How pathetic huh!! I will get it done tomorrow before I head to the gym.

Why do I feel like I ate entirely too much grilled chicken but yet I am sitting here wanting a diet root bear really bad. It is weird. I never crave diet soda. I am praying I don't see a gain in the morning but we will see what happens.

I really really want to be in the 280's before the weeks end next week.

Reva #1 rule, don't deprive yourself. I drink Diet Pepsi, it has not stalled me or made me gain so I see no harm in it.

I felt stuff after the grilled chicken at dinner last night. I just kept picking at the leftovers for no reason. I then made myself a snack last night of cream cheese and s/f chocolate syrup. It was yummy but I wasn't even hungry for it. Anyway, I know the .8 of a pound that I am up is water so no worries.

I am excited to get back to the gym today! I sure do miss not going on the weekends. I know I have to give my body time to rest and catch up from all the hard work thru the week. Today is a weight day and I may do a bit of cardio with it. The kids are off school today so I can stay a bit longer than normal if I decide to.

I plan on going to the baby clothes that I have for Jeriah. He is growing so fast that I can't keep him in the same sizes very long. I have a lot of clothes still hanging in the closet with tags on them. I plan on having a yard sale this spring so I might as well start decluttering while I am in the mood for it.

B~ 2 fried eggs in butter, 1 sm. sausage patty

L~ 2 boiled eggs, 1 tbsp mayo/mustard (egg salad)

D~ pork chop in roasted garlic parmesan ragu sauce

Reva- yeah I remember those baby clothes, good idea to pull out, I got plastic storage bins and threw in all the clothes by size, 9 months, 12 months, then as he outgrew them I stayed ready for the yard sales, people rummage through everything anyway, or they are always asking, what size is this, and I am like dude its .25 take a chance, LOL I hate yard sales, people tick me off, that is why I always end up donating stuff, even though I should try to get something for it, LOL I jsut cant deal with stupid people. Well that was my yard sale rant!

I normally donate stuff too but I told the kids if they declutter their rooms and we all do a yard sale together this spring that we would use the money we make to buy season passes to Six Flags this year. We did it one other year and we ended up going 11 times. It was a blast and so much cheaper than going somewhere super far. Six Flags is only about an hour and fifteen minutes from us. I do hate it when people try to ask me to lower the price when the stuff is already dirt cheap. I am like get over yourself and either you want it what I have it priced as or move on for God's sake.

Enjoyed way too much of the roasted garlic parmesan pork chops I made for dinner last night. I turned around and snacked on the last one last night while watching The Next Great Baker on TLC. I have a real problem with always snacking on the left over meats if we have any. I even made my old cream cheese and s/f chocolate mixture and snacked on it. I wasn't hungry for either so it was really stupid of me. To top it off I added in a 20oz bottle of diet 7-up. No worries for me though. I enjoyed the food and that was that. The water weight will come off in a few days.

Yesterday at the gym was shoulder, back and chest reps on the machines. I also did maybe 20 minutes total on the treadmill to warm up and cool down. Today is a full cardio day so I am planing on getting in at least 45 minutes.

I am freeling really blah this morning. I am sure it was from the extra food last night. I am praying though I am just not getting sick. That would stink because I am hoping to go shopping in St. Louis this weekend.

B~hot green tea with s/f vanilla torani

L~ beef stew meat

D~ beef stew meat

Thanks Amber. I am going shopping to get me some new tennis shoes. I want to get some shox (sp.) My daughter has some but she won't let me wear them.....LOL I am waiting on the package from Sara before I buy any new clothes. I don't want to remain in the sizes I am in for long.

I know the gym plays a big role in our weight loss pattern. I want to gain muscle but I don't want to look all muscle bound like some do. I don't think that is attractive at all.

3 days a week is an excellent goal Casey. I say that you do the three days a week until you feel comfortable going five days a week. That way you don't get overwhelmed and not want to go. Don't be embarrassed.

A gym thread is a must!!!

Laura you have a treadmill at home and I am so jealous of that. I think if I had one at home I would be on it more than off. I love the ones at the gym. Do you have any exercise videos you could do?

I have several by Leslie Sansone. She is awesome and they aren't for just super fit trainers. I hate those kind. Google her name and you will come up with a ton of them.
