Yeah Reva it is frustrating, its like OK I was total couch potato, now I am moving so I should automatically drop like 20 pounds LOL. I think it is all good though so I will just try to be patient and let it work its magic! I bet your parents are missing him!!! My Mom is a nut with my son even at 10, she is so happy she is watching him next week at my house while we are away, one thing, I dont think I appreciated my Mom and all she did for us until I had a child, she is an awesome Grandma! Although if she comes over she loves doing laundry, she will do all of my son's and not mine, LOL Nut!
Have a good weekend! Amber

293.4
![]() Wed. 12/1 ~ 316.8 Saturday 1/1 ~ 305.2 Sunday 1/2 ~ 303.0 Monday 1/3 ~ 300.4 Tuesday 1/4 ~ 297.8 Wednesday 1/5 ~ 295.8 Thursday 1/6 ~ 295.0 Friday 1/7 ~ 295.2 Saturday 1/8 ~ 296.0 Sunday 1/9 ~ 296.2 Monday 1/10 ~ 298.0 (Entirely too much turkey) Tuesday 1/11 ~ 295.6 Wednesday 1/12 ~ 295.0 Thursday 1/13 ~ 294.8 Friday 1/14 ~ 295.6 Saturday 1/15 ~ 293.4 I am so excited this morning that the whoosh fairy decided to pay me a visit. I was hanging in there but getting a tad frustrating. I just knew the water had to release sometime from doing all that exercise I am doing. I did the arm weights Yesterday. I really pushed myself and so glad I did. I was a bit embarrassed at first because there was more guys in there than had ever been in the past. I just had to focus on me and it all went well. I worked up more of a sweat Yesterday than I have lately. Today is measurement day. I can't wait to see it I lost any inches from the workouts. The kids are sleeping and hubby is working so I will have to wait to measure. I don't want to measure wrong so I will wait on Faith to get up. I don't have a lot planned today except for doing a little shopping to get my 9 year old a pair of tennis shoes that he badly needs. Boys wear out there shoes faster than anything. I then need to pick up some baby food at Walmart. Other than that I am taking it easy today. I am heading to a lunch date with 2 ladies I was very good friends with many years back on the 29th. I would love to drop another 5 to 10 pounds before then. I may even go buy myself a new outfit if I can make that goal. B~ 2 scrambled eggs, 1 sm. sausage patty L~ deer tenderloin, 1 tbsp lc ketchup D~ beef stew meat, 1 tbsp ranch |

Thanks Laura. I may just do that this weekend or next. I feel so much better when I have on smaller clothes. I don't have but a couple shirts I can wear now and 1 pair of jeans. I was just holding out so I don't have to keep spending money.

Reva- I am so glad you dropped more I know how frustrating that is! I cant wait to see your measurements! One thing I recommend is the Orbitor body tape I got is as a free gift from Netrition, you put it around and it closes and you tighen it so you get a really accurate measurement and you dont need someone to do it, I think they are less than $5, greatest thing I thought!
You are going to be surprised when you see just how many inches you really lost, get something pretty to wear to the lunch you deserve it! Amber |

It costs 50 something pounds (which comes out to be around 90 American Dollars) It is a really nice gym tho. Small but nice. It is what they call a leisure center out here. My membership includes the gym (plus an appointment every month with a trainer that gives you a fitness test and they monitor your weight and stuff)It is a state of the art facility. All of the treadmills have a tv inside of each individual unit (as well as the bikes and eliptical machines) I have a key that has a computer chip in it and it automatically sets my treadmill to the speed/time/incline that the trainer has set for you at the beginning (they tweek it for you every so often as you become stronger) The key also works in the weight machines. The screen tells me how much weight and what number to put my seat at. It also shows me if I have the proper "range of motion" with a little graph with a smiley face that changes to a rabbit if I am going too fast and a turtle if I go too slow LOL! It also counts the reps for me and times the 1 minute rests between sets. It is an awesome gym and I really don't know why I am not going at the moment LOL I lost my mojo a bit because I was away so long I think My membership also includes classes that are held in the leisure center (aerobics, spinning, taebo, zumba, water aerobics etc.) It also incudes a membership for their spa called pure which gives me unlimited access to their luxury (co-ed ugh) steam rooms that are gorgeous and the sauna. I pay an extra 5 pounds a month for the Pure membership but never went LOL I am too self concious! Oh and also included is a free 2 hour creche (daycare) for my son per day (before 2 oclock pm) So yeah I really have no excuses! It is about a half hour walk from my house (I don't have a car) so I already feel like I've had a workout before I even get there LOL!

Measuring always depresses me, it's more eye opening than the scale. Lat time I measured, my thigh was 33". Which was precisely the same measurement of my boyfriend at the time's waist. HIS WAIST!!!!!! I was mortified. He thought it was great, as he's into that sort of thing, but it was awful for me to try to wrap my head around.
.sigh. I guess I need to get over it and just do it, if I see anywhere near as awesome results as you, it'll be worth it!!!! |

It will be so worth it, I promise you that!!!
My husband is 240 pounds and he doesn't think that I can get smaller than him again. He is 6 ft though compared to my 5 ft 2' short stubby self. It will be a competition between us before long I just know it. |
