297.8 WOW! I AM STILL SO SPEECHLESS!

I have waited to be under 300 for so long. It just blows me away how quickly the weight has fallen off of me. I truly believe that joining the gym is going to make all the difference in the world. I don't want to be all flabby and nasty when I make it to goal.

Today is a cardio day at the gym. I plan on really getting a good workout on the treadmill, elliptical and the bike. Once, I leave there I have so much energy it seems unreal.

B~ 2 fried eggs, 2 strips bacon

L~ turkey burger, 1 tbsp lc ketchup

D~ steak, 1 tbsp ranch

I need to make a run for walmart today to pick up some baby formula. I also need to find some workout clothes. Mine fall off of me and I feel like a slob in them. Other than the gym and wally world I don't really have any plans.

Reva- one thing I notice with you is you stay away from the franken foods and the flax and almond meal, I really gotta give that stuff up, but sometimes I feel like I need it, I swear 80 pounds in less than 4 months is just so incredible! You are a true testimony to what following the plan can do! I am so super happy for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go gt some sexy work out clothes and strut it all through the gym today you deserve it!

Thank you so much! I decided that I didn't know exactly what was in all the little extras so I gave them up cold turkey.

I am super sore this morning but know it is a wonderful sore. I can feel my clothes fitting better already. I can't wait to do my next set of measurements. I am so curious how the results will turn out.

I didn't get to watch Biggest Loser Premiere last night but hope to get it watched today.

I am heading to the gym here in a bit and can't wait. It is funny how I look so forward to it every single day. I really wish I would have joined sooner. I am also excited to get this weight off so I can get in the tanning beds there. I would like a nice tan before summer starts.

pooticus and Amber, I found every time I eat franken foods such as pepperoni slices, lunch meats, hot dogs or anything like that I see a gain the next few days. It doesn't matter how little or how big I eat of it either.

You can so fit in a tanning bed, and I always think being tan makes you look slimmer, I know it is bad and it has aged my face but I love the sun and being tan! My gym includes it I am trying to wait til March but I want in there, it so hides the veins and other crap on us!

Aww Amber thank you! YOU ARE AMAZING yourself!!!

I do want to get in that tanning bed but I think I will wait until closer to Spring time. I think I may be ready by then.

Did biceps and triceps at the gym today. Did a little on the treadmill to warmup and cool down too. It was a great workout.

Reva- I go to the gym tonight, I am actually looking forward to it I cannot believe I am saying it! I want to beat those machines, you get a key and then you do 4 minutes of cardio on one, go to the next and then the next, 4 minutes each, then 2 minutes of strength training on each, and then another 4 minutes of cardio on each, honestly I was like well this is going to be easy for couch potato me, but the darn thing talks to you like go faster, you are not trying hard enough, so then everyone hears it and you feel like a loser, LOL I want to smack it tonight, LOL

Jeriah is still sick and now so is my 9 year old. I was woke up at 1:15 am and have been up ever since. I am dog tired and have a lot still to do this evening.

I did manage to make it to the gym and do some time on the treadmill. Today was a cardio day so I wasn't gone as long.

I got a salad from subway this afternoon and ate maybe a 1/4 of it. I was filling nauseated eating it. I don't know what the deal was there. I am afraid that for some reason I won't see a loss in the morning but maybe a small gain. We shall see.

B~ 2 boiled eggs, 1 sm. sausage patty

L~ 1/4 of a oven roasted chicken salad with tomato, cheese, and green pepper.

D~ sm. hamburger patty, 1 tbsp lc ketchup

Off to Fashion Bug and JcPenny to buy me a bra. Luckily, I am losing some weight in the girls.

Wow! They don't do that at this gym. I am afraid I would want to kick the darn thing. You go girlie!! Two days so far this week. You are doing it!

Reva- you lost 10 pounds in 5 days I gotta try eating one of your weeks menu!!! I am so impressed, man it feels good doesnt it knowing we are exercising I try to visualize the fat just falling off! You are the LC Queen!!!!!!!! You are going to be smokin by Summer!
Yeah it seems the boobies are the first thing to go, LOL I had a lot to spare, did you get a sports bra? I cant find one that fits right.

Hi Missy!

I drink at least 150 oz of water a day. I rarely drink a diet 7-up and occasionally I will drink one class of water with crystal light. The main drink for me is water. It flushes that fat right out of me.

We will both be smokin hot by summer!! I didn't find a sport bra but I bought a great bra at Fashion Bug that Layne Bryant sells there now. It has great support and is the same material as a sports bra. I believe it was $28 and had a $10 off coupon. Can't beat that huh?!?

Reva- got to 259 today I was stokked now all the Christmas bloat is off, 14 pounds in 2 weeks, God I swear I am never doing that again! I keep trying different bras and I hate them all, especially the sports ones. Sorry the kids are sick, that sucks, my 10 year old has had cough and congestion for weeks, it just doesn't go away! ughghghg

Congrats on getting to 259! That is awesome! You are out of the 60's woo hoo!!!!!!!! We all live and learn what works for us and what don't. I gain rapidly when I gain so I refuse to let myself get like that again. Hope your young mans gets over his cold soon.

I am feeling crappy today but feel much better spirit wise than Yesterday. I did get a pretty good nights sleep so that helped a great deal. Jeriah is napping so I decided I better get to posting in here before it slips my mind. He is feeling somewhat better today. Cody just had a bad cough and runny nose. I hope I can nip it in the bud before he has to start his breathing treatments too.

Today's workout at the gym will be on the legs. I am also planning on doing some more cardio today if time permits. If no, I am heading to the gym in the morning for a 6th day. I only did 30 minutes on the treadmill Yesterday and feel crappy for it.

I went shopping last night for a new bra and was able to buy one in a size smaller. I hate having such big "girls." I want to be normal all the way around for a change.

I really hate buying bras. Very few places carry cup sizes large enough and the selection of the ones that are large enough stink. Ah, well. One day.

I'm glad the kids are starting to feel better. Sorry you're feeling crappy.

They carried the bigger sizes at Fashion Bug when I was there last night. They even had some cute ones. For some reason they now carry Layne Bryant stuff. They was on that side of the store.

I made it to the gym this evening and got my workout in. I did the elliptical for 7 minutes. That thing is still kills me. I am gradually working my way up on that monster. I walked 30 minutes on the treadmill and then did a workout for my back and shoulders. I decided that I am going to just let my body rest over the weekend. 5 days is awesome and I don't want to be so worn out come Monday that I don't want to do my 5 days next week.

Reva- yeah I knew being a couch potato there was no way could say I am going every day, I am doing 3 days there and then Just Dance or the Shred here the other days I hate being away at night enough as it is. That freaking elliptical is a killer my shins are killing me today then I tried the Gazelle thing, no one showed me how to use it, I felt like I was stepping up Mt. Everst! LOL
