I've missed you already, Zer. You've been offline for too long. I am very happy that your family rallied around you in your final months. I remember you stating you thought you die in about 20 years, alone. You were wrong on both accounts. We grieve your death, but you did not die alone. You took a bit of each of us with you. We love you Marji James. LowCarbFriends.com is not the same without you. But we will keep plugging along and searching for our goals. Enjoying the journey a bit more because of the influence you had on each of us. Rest in peace and painfree.

My heart is heavy. I miss you so much. I didn't know you were gone to heaven on the evening of September 19th but I posted that I hoped you were having a good night and now I know you were. You are free at last to dance among the stars as light as a feather.

Zer, you don't know me but I have always kept you and your family in my prayers.

You have always been such an inspiration to me. I was so happy to see you back online after your absence.

I had no idea that you were suffering from breast cancer. You are in a better place now without all the pain that you have gone through in your short life.

You will be dearly missed. Rest in peace friend.

this is incredible. I have just today become a member here and now I read this about Zer, who I met at another board, years ago and shared very nice emails with.

Zer and me shared a yahoo group since 2002. I have just come to know that she has passed away. In order to know more about my friend, i googled her on internet and found this forum where i believe she has posted a lot.

After completing my studies, it was year 2002 when I first started job and got in contact with Zer through some chat site. As a young individual, I tried to pull her towards meaningless chatter, but she was the only lady that pulled me out of the chat room through her wonderfully written emails and made me a member of TU. As the time passed by, I became addicted to her wonderful emails. I used to love the way she would construct sentences, perfectly make use of words that were new to me, would be so soft spoken and gentle to me. I found a very close friend in her, I shared many personal matters of my life with her and she always guided me very well. We had a long discussion in private on my career and getting married, while on TU platform we had an exhaustive discussion on existence of God. She would also share with me her thoughts and personal attachment to India as her father/ grandparents had lived in India. After we had a long debate on existing of God on TU, the forum became silent and activity on the TU Group slowed down considerably. I wrote a few emails on the Group as well as personally to Zer in order to quench my thirst for her writings. Last I knew was that she had a back pain and her computer was giving trouble. My last effort to contact with her was the email sent on TU which has responded with this news. I had opened this email with a happy mind that she is back. Ah, but she is gone for good. It was last week when I checked out international dialing rates to USA on landline/mobile and found that my operators would charge less than 15 cents a minute. I was thinking of finding her contact number by searching TU and call her. I wanted to know about her well being, inform her that I got married and share my marriage pictures with her.

Zer, I would miss you for a long long time for sure. What a wonderful human being.

Is there any one who is her relative or met her in real so that i can convey my condolences.
