-30 lbs for me!!

I will do it!!
I will start back on plan 100% on Friday.

I will be 3- lbs lighter by my 29th birthday!!! (March).

I will post my weight and menu everyday!!

OK, so today is the day.
I didnt weigh. I don't want to see the damage I done yesterday. I didnt really eat much but I probably consumed more rolls than I should have.

Ok, so I did good until the Pancakes. BUt I actually thought I was doing good because I read the 4g of Fat and thought I was reading the Carbs. So I messed up. I will not be buying these anymore.

Hey sweetie, could you give me the other nutritional facts? because flax anything shouldn't have that many carbs, in this case you have to subtract the fiber because that is what flax is and that's why so many people use it. I think that maybe you are correct in thinking it's 4g.

Does it make you full? I really like it with some sugar free jelly. Yum!!

I would but I threw it away. Their is only 1 pancake left so I got rid of the box. Hmm, I will look when I go to wal mart again.

It's a clean slate, sweetie, don't sweat it!

To me, it looks like you aren't eating enough. Not hungry or too busy? Try to eat a bit more or break up your meals so you're eating the same quantity but broken up during the day. It helps to accelerate your metabolism.


You can do this!! We both have birthdays the same month and this year we are strutting our stuff!!!
