LauraAnn's - Journey to Health
11/11/07
I am very happy! Today marks a new journey for me. A journey to being the healthiest I can be. I have finally found the right combo for me. While I always knew LC was the way to go, I always approached it wrong. Today I am doing, for the first time, a two week clean induction, however, I am using no artificial sweeteners, no fake or processed foods. I am only eating organic meats and veggies with very little dairy, lots of good olive oil. Already I feel better. I started exercising last week and will continue that. I ordered a DVD on weight lifting and will continue my cardio that I already do... Gazelle, recumbent bike. SW 261 CW 261 GW 150 |
