I'm doing ok. This summer has gone by way too fast and my job is leaving me very little time for my fun on the computer !

Weight is still same but I'm working out and actually looking better anyway so I'll take that! I'm ready to begin a more structure program this week. Wednesday, after a good meal with my niece Tuesday night! LOL

Are things settling down with you at all?

Tracey

Congrats on making changes in your body with exercise. And not gaining is excellent!! The losing will kick in for you eventually or you'll reshape your body so much that you won't care.

As for me......
Settling down?? Not sure I know what that means anymore....

We're in a good routine right now. Other than a few head colds there's nothing "serious" at the moment. We're waiting to hear back about when DD's appointment will be with the Endo so that's in limbo for the moment.

Mom's doing great as well. Hoping it keeps up for a while.

As for me......I'm doing wonderfully with my WOE and Exercise and so proud of myself for that. I just sort of fell into a routine and for once cravings and appetite are non existant. I'm eating to live rather than living to eat.

And like I was telling the girls over on another thread I'm not talking about weight, etc....for the moment because I don't want to jinx myself but I'm doing incredibly well and when I hit a major milestone I will definitely be shouting it from the rooftops.

We're dealing with a lot of rollercoaster fun with the DH traveling a LOT.
He's finishing up end of year stuff and then it'll settle down for him once the cooler weather kicks in.

I have some traveling to do at the end of September for my BIL's Marine Boot Camp Graduation. I'm excited and nervous at the same time.

I'm happy for him, but I'm going to be around some of the DH's family members that don't like that I'm a big girl. I'm going to try not to let it get to me but that's usually easier said than done.

Now, that I've written a novel..........I'm going to head off and get some housework done.

Joy Joy?!

Still doing good.

Appetite kicked in big over the weekend but I didn't let it take control and I'm doing much better today.

We're in the process of getting a new(er) car and trying to get it done before the DH heads back out of town again.

That's just another to do on top of a really long list. So, things are crazy here.....

But I'm happy......

Got the car...and I'm totally in love with it.

First part of the DH's trip was cancelled due to the weather South so we were able to start working on one of our projects in our bedroom.

Okay that sounded really naughty.....

But no.....we took apart the old bedframe and put together a new one. Dusting and vacuuming as we went. And rearranging the bedroom as well.

This is something we've been wanting to do for months now so I'm happy.

Other than that just working on small projects and preparing to start the Home Schooling back up on Tuesday and getting ready for the DH's trip.

Then it'll be time for us all to head South for the BIL's Boot Camp Graduation.

Gosh time has flown by.

Still here and kicking. Boy did time fly once I started homeschool.

I'm teaching two children this year. DD is in 4th Grade and DS is in K-5.

It's fun and frustrating all at the same time.

I was doing great when it came to exercise and eating till the DH went back out of town and then I got a little too relaxed. I didn't necessarily fall but I did stumble a bit.

So, I'm kicking my own booty and getting it back into gear.

I've been looking into doing Mixed Martial Arts with the family but I really want to find a size friendly class. But how in the world do you do that without saying "Hey do you like fat people?" and then of course the moment I walk in the door they would know it was me.

I'm figuring things out one step at a time.

Kids lessons were done fairly early today so I encorporated a "Gym Class" which they enjoyed. I'm so happy about that.

We did Yoga as a warm up. Followed by sit ups and push ups. I made it a game to see who could do more.
Finally did the cardio part with Simon Says, Jumping Jacks, Running, Pretending to Jump Rope.
Added some Mountain Climbers to help build over all body strength.
And finally some stretches and breathing exercises to cool down.

Next session we'll be adding a little 2lb medicine ball and some yoga blocks.
