I never thought i would make it to day 23 on this plan, i feel so good physically. Its really becoming easier and satifying. i dont have much of an appetite when im at work so now my plan for breakfast and lunch is a mug of a warm energy drink, i mix it with fat free milk, its really filling. When i get home for dinners, i simply cut out the carbs and eat the protein to enjoy meals with my family.

Tonight im going to prepare:

Broccolli
Spinache
Butternut (2spoons)
Steamed/Grilled Beef

if i estimate i should have lost about 7kg which is 15 lbs which is not so bad for a start. My goal is to reach 65kg which is 143lbs
