Good morning Diana.

It's so good that your DH loves you just as you are.

Did you have a weigh-in this morning? I did lose my appetite on Stillmans, but I did always have a funny feeling in my stomach, especially towards the end. When are you going back to Atkins?

Hi Sue! Good to see you! How is everything going, I hope your mother is doing well and having fun!

I actually lost another lb. But! This is from the same 5 lbs I lost and gained and lost and gained. So I'm officially back at 205.
I will probably go back to Atkins next week. I'm going to slowly incorporate salads and vegetables so my body don't get confused. I know I may show a gain, but I know my body will have to get used to it.

So I will by monday, although, this is not a bad way of eating for right now, but I do miss my salads!!

I made DH one last night with radishes and avocado's, and oh how I wanted to take a stab at that avocado!!!!

I'm coming over to your journal now!!!

Well, you've had a lot of success on Stillman's, getting down 4-5 pounds this week in 3-4 days. That's great. I think incorporating veggies slowly is a good idea, and you might not have a gain. Actually, if you go from Stillman's to the first week of A72 where there are hardly any veggies, that might work without a gain. I think I'm going to try something like this on Monday, after my mom leaves.

We're having a nice time, but not sure what we will do today. I don't want her to get bored, but I don't live in the most exciting small town in the world.

avocado. My DH's uncle and aunt have an avocado orchard in the San Diego area. It's fun to get avocado's from them. Our aunt made an avocado pie when we were down last time that was soooooo good. I have the recipe and need to transform it into an LC recipe. It tasted like key lime pie.

Hi Deb! Thank you, I just got my glasses on Friday. These new glasses are so much lighter on my face, lol, I don't need the extra weight! AH HAHAHAHA!!
As a matter of fact, we bbq every weekend for the week. We took care of our back yard yesterday and it looks so much better! Now our little dog can go back there again and do his thing!

Ahh! I always think of those who are knee deep in snow and just pray that spring will come for you all!

My DH is originally from Illinois and he doesn't miss it at all. But what you have there that we don't have alot of where I live is greeness! Where you live must be gorgeous in spring and summer! That's what I want!!!

What kind of doggie do you have? We have a big Choc lab named Maggie...we love her so much!

I was really struck by Beth's post from yesterday, and you are right...it takes courage to admit that it is our cheating, and not the program that is letting us down. Hmmm, great food for thought!

Our yard looks beautiful now! I'm so happy that we took care of it too. This weekend I'm throwing my younger sister a birthday party and we took care of the yard just in time!

We have little Papillon, his name is Sammee and he is so precious!! My DH and I spoil him like a child, lol. We don't have children yet, but let me tell ya, he acts like he's a child!!

Oh my goodness I forgot to say, I'm down 1/2 a lb, that puts me under 205! whoohoo!!!

Don't you just love your pooch to pieces?? Maggie is such a wonderful addition to our family, and I am sooooo blessed that DH really spent lots of time training her, so she is a real delight to have around.

Aren't you a darling for hosting a party for your sis?? I would love to see pics of your place.

We did a bunch of weed-pulling ourselves this weekend. Yikes. What that rain will do! When I was driving DS to school, the wind kicked up, and our whole street filled with tumbleweeds!

Finally, finally the stall has broken! I'm so happy excited and delirious!!!

I lost 2 more lbs, which makes it 3 lbs this week so far!!!

Thank you Lord!!!!!!!!

I didn't think I would lose this fast, but it happened. I am almost in Onederland and I just cannot believe this, but I do believe!!!

Here's my menu, it's basically going to be the same all week until Friday. That's grocery day.

B-1 fried egg, hamburger patty on a rev roll, 1 cu coffee, hc/sf syrup
L-hamburger on a rev roll
D- same as lunch or dinner
Lots of water, vitamins, Omega-3 and Biotin

Thanks for all your support Ladies!! It has truly helped!!!
