Although you can get salmonella from raw eggs, it's very rare, like one in 60,000. And if you get organic eggs or wash them before cracking, it's not much of a worry, from what I've read.

Hello!

I was busy this morning. . . busy getting my nails done! LOL!!! I'm at the office soon to be leaving for lunch though. I don't know what to eat. I had an egg cream for breakfast around 5:30-ish, so I may eat some real food.

Anyway, my dad is getting better, antsy to get back in the office. I'm actually packing somewhat to move back to my dads home office. Trying to cut costs here and there.

I'm still holding at 204, hopefully I'll get down to onederland in a couple weeks.

Well, gotta go! I hope everyone has a great day and a wonderful weekend!!

LOL Patty! No no posting on the weekends, lol!! I actually had my nephews over and I was really busy. If I come on here and try to post, I would be on here forever, lol! I need to chill out on them when I'm at home, hubby needs me!!

I was just informed by my niece that I need to make her 40 cupcakes for tomorrow for school!!! Yikes!!!

I'll get 'er done!!!

Oh, I'm still at 205. My body doesn't want to give it up!!! But, I'll keep going, I'm not changing a thing with my eating. Okay, I was sort of bad with my eating. . .but not by alot. I ate legal more than illegal and drank tons of water.

So here's to a new and wonderfull day in the Lord!!!

Oh yeah, I got those little suckers made last night and was happy to get them out of my house, lol!!

I'm so excited, I start my cake decorating class tomorrow. Do you know that this will my first social activity where there will be no family member?? I don't do alot and I don't get a way alot either, so it should be interesting. I hope I don't clam up around the people, but can be open and extroverted!!

Well I decided to start Stillmans next week. I want to lose some weight fast and I know I can with Stillmans.

I'm only planning on doing this until I can get to onederland. It may take me a couple of weeks and that's all I need. So I hope I can do it!!!

I know, I'm such a homebody that it's going to make me come out of my shell.

Stillmans is eating protein with no fats involved. I lost while I did it, but craved fat after awhile. That's why I'm only doing it for 2 weeks.
