yeah! I was never good in math anyway, good thing DH is!! I just keep going over in my head what he said to me that day we were talking about my age. He said, "you always told me that you were 2 years younger than I was." I laughed at how he said it to me. Like trying to jog my memory or something. Not like I was lying, although I could have taken it that way, but I know that's not what he meant.

Yeah, can you imagine planning a 50th and then someone adds it up that I'm actually 49! Heeeheee!! DH turned 49 today, I'll be planning his 50th next year!! Whoohoo, it's going to be a big one!!

Sending wishes to your DH.

I think going back to the basics is good. That's how I do best with meat, eggs, veggies and a little cheese added in the mix. And, of course, my beloved coffee.

Strange about all that water weight. Our bodies so some weird things.

Lots of love

Hello!

Everything is cool today! I'm finally losing that water weight, back down to 205, hopefully I'll be back to 203 again and then on to onederland!!!

Here's my menu:
B- 2 eggs, green chili strips, cheese, bacon, coffee, hc, sf davinci
S- 2 celery stalks
L- hamburger patty or chicken, salad olive oil, acv
D- hamburger or chicken, aparagus and zucchini w/ butter
S- Cream Cheese Clouds-4
Water- 100oz
Ex- none
Totals: Cals 1,382, Fats 118.9, Carbs 17.6, Protein 92.1

I may have some nuts to snack on. I just have been really craving them for the last few months. Normally I can't stand them, I mean I like nuts, but I used to get sick eating them.

Right now I'm chewing a piece of gum so I don't get into the can near me. LOL!!

Anyway, I'm just plugging along still. I've got two more birthdays this month, that means more cakes to bake. I hope I can stay strong. My sister's bf is having a birthday party on the 12th of this month, my brother is on the 11th of this month and his step daughter is in a couple weeks.

I'm seriously thinking of going into the baking biz!! LOL!! I think I may take those Wilton cake decorating classes. Sounds like fun!!

Ciao!!

Yeah it's Thursday!!

Here's my menu for today:

B- 2 egg omelet w/cheese, green chili strips, 1 pat butter,2 coffees w/hc, sf dv
S- 2 celery stalks, 1oz, porkrinds,1 tblsp cream cheese
L- hamburger patty, 1 pat butter, salad w/evoo, acv
D- hamburger patty, zucchini, asparagus, cooked in evoo.
Water- 100+oz
Ex. - none
Total- Cals 1,275, Fats 106.3, Carbs 13.3, Protein 68.4
Fat (74%) Carbs (4%) Protein (22%)

Not much else to report here, just going to keep on going with my eating and hoping that I'll get down soon.
I haven't been exercising, but I have been using my weights. I can notice my arms starting to show some muscle defination, which I've never had that before. I'll keep doing that.

As far as cardio, I'll get back on that soon. I just haven't been in the mood to do that for some reason.

I've got a dilema. My little female papillon is driving me crazy. I don't know if I want to keep her. I've had her for about 3 months and she does things that are so different from my male, that it's hard to deal with. She doesn't seem trainable. When I call her she just squirms around and doesn't let me hold her. She pee's when she gets excited. And last night she was on my bed, and she pee'd on it!! I was so mad! I took her out before we went to bed and she still had to pee!!

I don't know what to do. I would be sad if I had to give her back to the breeder, but then it would be so much simpler without her.
Right now she is laying down between my feet, and it shows me she likes me. But she also bothers my male, really bad and she won't leave him alone. I think he likes her because he plays around with her too, but at times I think he gets annoyed too.

Well, I've got think about it!

Thanks for listening!!

Good morning Diana. Your menu looks great. Makes me wish I could eat LC right now.

I don't know what to say about your little papillion. I hope you figure out what the best thing to do is. I do think that animals should bring joy in your life, and if they don't, it's time to consider what to do. I'm sure that the breeder could find a good home for her if you choose to take her back.

Hope your day is great.

Hi Sue,
Thanks for the encouraging words!
DH and I talked about it and we are going to keep her around for awhile to see if we can do something with her. I just can't let her go, as crazy as she is, I'm going to see if she out grows some that behaviour as she gets a little older.

Puppies can be very frustrating. We've only had one and I refuse to get another one. We got our current dog when he was almost 2 and he has been nothing but a blessing. Is she old enough to go to a dog training school?

She may be, I'm sure with a professional they can do anything. But it may be expensive too. I'll have to check on that and see what it will cost. But I believe there is hope for her, lol.

Oh no, it's just this female. My male when I got him, he was the best! He is very good and I totally love him.

Every dog is different, but I'm sure you'll find a lovable one.

Hi Diana... I had a very special lunch with Joey and Jessi today... Joey took me to have my Mammogram done this morning while Dawn and Henry is playing Golf... We then went to Sonic to eat lunch... I didn't worry about my meal today, because it's not often that I get to treat my Grand babies to lunch. I will be hard and heavy on Atkins tomorrow and go from there. I had not idea that Dawn and my babies were going to be here for a week, and then we will be going to Dawn's house soon to work on it, so when that happens I will be Mia for a while...I let you know when we get ready to do that...

My Dawnie just got her a baby boy Maltese the other day.... She wouldn't tell me how much she paid for him, because he has papers, but I know it was a bundle... He is so adorable and will only weigh 4 lbs. when grown. He looks like a little toy dogie, and we already love him so much... She now has 2 Great Danes, 2 Maltese's, 1 Tortoise Shell Cat, and 1 White Persian Humongous Cat... I told her she should be a Vet...The Persian has paws, as big as, a Mountain Lion, or almost as big...

Hello!

I'm not going to be on too much today. I've got some running around to do. Did I mention I'm not working on Fridays for awhile. Until things pick up at work then I'll be back on. But for now, it's nice!!!

Hi Jaimie! Oh you bet I will stay on plan this weekend!! I'm finally getting rid of that water weight. I've got a bday party to go to next Friday and I really need to stay on plan before then, that way, I won't want to eat off plan. I'm hoping to have made some progress before then!!

Well, gotta go!

Coming to visit!!

My hair is getting really long, but Henry loves it that way, so that is the way that it will stay... There is so many ways I can fix my hair with it being long, and it doesn't make me look older, but takes a few years off of my face, Ha, Ha...
