Good Morning!

I hope I don't sound psycho! LOL!!! I had a bad spur of the moment day, yesterday and I let it go, never to think about it again! LOL!

I was just reading on a thread that I also post on and this person basically said, when we have days like these, what are we going to do about.

I mean I could wallow in my misery, blame everything in sight, continue on with the bad eating or I could just deal with it and move on! I'm not trying to be in denial or not talk about things, but it seems to me the more I think or talk about what I do/did, it just makes me feel that much more defeated. I put my hand to my mouth with the undesirable yucky's!!

I want to be able to just forget about it and move forward. So I believe the more I do it, the easier it will be for me to get past these things quickly, let go and start a new day out cleaner.

Yesterday, I just ate things I shouldn't have but that won't stop me from reaching my goal! I'll get to onederland! I really will!!!

Menu:
B- scrambled eggs w/ham and a little ketchup
L- turkey deli
S- hb eggs
D- chicken
Water
Elliptical 28min=1mile-med/very high/med resistance

We can do this!!

just copy and paste the link that is on top of your screen when you are in your journal...that's how I do it.

Narrow is the road. . .

that should be the link to your journal so just copy and paste it, under user control, then edit signature...(I think)

Hello Everyone!

Today is clean eating and I hope by Friday I'll see some losses! If not, I'll keep going until I do!!

My sister is going to take me and my mom out for lunch, which is nice! I hope that the place we're going to has some good lc food!!

Here's my menu:
B- 3 scrambled eggs w/2 slices of ls lean ham
L- something good!
D- chicken, cottage cheese
Water
Exercise- 1 mile-elliptical: med/very high/med resistance

Not much to say, until I get under 200. Just plugging along here!!

Wanted to get here earlier, but I had a date with my boys and the T-ball coach! Hee hee.

Sounds like we have been riding the same roller-coaster. You want to talk "illegal refeeds", yikes!

I am so close to saying goodbye to the 150's, and yet I keep falling off the wagon. Are we sabotaging ourselves, or what?

We SO need to do lunch! (LC of course!)

Good TGIF you to Ladies!!

Ahh the weekend is here! I'm starting the day off right, hopefully my day will end even better. . .food wise!

I'm having my nieces and nephews spend the night this weekend. The boys need hair cuts badly, so I'm going to do that for them Sat morning outside while it's still cool.
Then my older niece will be making her famous pizza! I'll be having the zucchini kind myself.
I bought them junk food! I know, but I hardly see them and when the go to Uncle Johns' and Auntie Diana's house, they get spoiled rotten!!! Teehee!!

Well my weight is going down, Thank You Lord! I'm at 202. I didn't think it would go down again. . . . but it did!

Hi Jen, yes, I do go to bed early and I wake up very early. But I think being in Ketosis' makes me very tired and sleepy. I'll either feel really sleepy at night and then feel groggy in the morning.
I think I'm starting to pick up when I'm going to lose weight now.

My menu:
B- 2 scrambled eggs, 3 small slices of breakfast steak
L- nothing, short day
D- fish, fish and more fish!!
Water
1 mile elliptical-med resistance

There is nothing better than a cool Auntie! I so enjoy being Aunt Deb to my nieces! I get to live out all of my girly stuff again, and spoil them in the process! Now that one of them is a teenager, we love to have fun going out to movies and seeing "chick-flicks'!

Oh have you ever been to Mary Coyle's! I want to take the kids there when they get off school. It's on 7th Ave just North of Camelback, across from Sylvian La Canaste restaurant.
