Good Morning Beautiful Ladies!

I'm really in a better mood this week. I don't know why, but I'm more pleasant to others and that's a good thing!

Not that I'm intentionally mean or anything. But I think my hormones have subsided or shifted to the "good" part of me.

Today I'm going to eat a little more fat than I have been. Doing Stillmans is good, but I do need the fat.
And Sweet Jaimie,

, she "set me straight" and told me to eat fat!

I did, I had some pork rinds and I feel full!

I was reading a journal yesterday and the thing this person said made me realize that most of us have the same insecurities.

I read that when this person goes grocery shopping, he feels like everyone is staring at him to see what food he picks out.
Before I started losing, I felt the same way! I always thought people were watching what I bought!! How terrible to feel that way. When I would have my nephews over for the weekend, I would stock up on things for them. Foods I wouldn't buy normally. Then when I would go check out, I felt I always had to explain myself to the cashier!! I mean why!??

I still kind of feel that way, but not to the same extent as I used too.

I just didn't realize others had the same issue and I really feel for them. It's hard to deal with and put behind you, but I know eventually I will. I'm always feeling like I'm being stared at for one reason or another.

I'm glad we have each other to help and encourage!! That's why we're here!!!

Here's what I'm eating today!

B- 2 hb eggs, a little tuna
S- 2 hb eggs
L- tuna w/ mayo
D- Orange chicken, a small salad
Water!!!
Did 25 min of Pilates this morning

I am one of those nosy people who will look into the grocery carts of my fellow shoppers just to see what they are buying. I never judge (like I have room to) I am just nosy....sometimes I get some good ideas from looking into their cart...and others, I get dirty looks!

Yeah, that don't bother. But it's just a stupid self-conscious thing I have. You know where you think everyone is out to get you!

I hear ya about the shopping cart, Diana.

I have three kids, don't bake so I won't eat it, so I stock up on snacks and always feel like my shopping cart sticks out like a sore thumb.

But, when I look at others, I realize that I have so much healthy food in there too.

Oh yeah, Jen, I saw you too and was ready to start chatting with you, then I started getting sleepy! LOL!

I was up making my nephews cake for his birthday today. I had a set back last night and had to make the the cake again today. It's all decorated and it's pretty cute if I do say so myself.
Here it is!

He'll be 11 and he's a big Super Mario fan. DH and I both decorated and made the characters too.

I hope he likes it!!
