25 days until Family Wedding
I currently weight 129.2 (this was my weight last night)
Today: workout: running 5 min @ 6.0-8.0/bike 10 min sprints, squats, abs, leg lifts, 1.5 hour workout. breakfast: albacore tuna w/ 1 tbsp oil, cilantro, 2 tbsp cucumber lunch: albacore tuna w/ 1 tbsp oil, cilantro, 2 tbsp cucumber can you tell I'm practically Rain Man? Definitely need to find some recipes. I get so hungry around 3-4pm every day and that's the time that I've broken my atkins way of eating in the past. 24 days until the wedding. Would like to be 115 by then. ![]()

0% greek yogurt w/ 1/2 cup Hi-Lo cereal (decided it's too good and gave it away after 1/2 cup) 16 ounces water 45 minute gym workout. elliptical, abs. |
