Is the T-Tap a tap dancing dvd? If so - that's quite a workout. I ordered dvd's from The Firm. I think it'll be less boring than the treadmill walking I've been doing.

Today has been pretty good.

MsTamika are you doing the 15 min. workout, T-Tapp. I did my first T-Tapp work out today. I was not bad. I can't believe you get the results they are talking about with these workouts.

Hiya Jan, I finally tired the one minute muffin - I didn't mind the texture, but the flavor wasn't good. I tried adding a little cream cheese and an extra packet of splenda - it was better, but not much. I used almond flour (boy, is that stuff expensive) in both recipes. If I could find sugar free cocoa powder - I'd try it - and maybe some vanilla.
I also tried baking some low carb brownies today. They didn't turn out too well I have lots more experiments to do before I find the ones that work for me. Great job on with the T-Tap workout. Keep going strong! See ya!
