Hi Jake!

I wanna see them numbers move! Stay focused, drinks tons of water and stay moving. Anytime you are moving about your burning fat. I can't stress water enough. Anytime your urine is yellow, you are dehydrated. Keep a clear mind and set yourself small goals. I like 10 pound goals...they help keep me motivated. Buddy, it's easy work. You owe it to no one but yourself. The question is, how bad do YOU want it? It's yours for the taking!

Just like the Big Ten title going to Iowa this year! Right?

Hi Jake!

It's good to see that you are back to 353. A scale is an awful thing that will play dirty tricks on a persons mind. If I eat salty foods I'll be up the next day. Keep telling your self that you can do it, because only YOU can. It's all you buddy. I can preach to you all day but in the end you will be the one who wins your race.

Ask yourself?

How bad do you want it?

It's worth it. Your body thanks you for every shed pound. Your lungs, your heart, your legs, your arms, every part of your body is thanking you. When you get over a major hurddle your mind going to keep pressing you on. It's mind over matter.

That's ok, just get back on the horse and start again clean. You can do this. Just think of all the steak and eggs you can eat. Do you like to grill. Grill up some ckn and veggies to have on hand. Like the boyscouts always say "BE PREPARED' That is the most important part of this wol have legal items on hand.

Supermarkets in the frozen food section, i'm from PA and ours are where you can get the frozen chkn in the bags (like Tyson). Speaking of Tyson have you tried their tequilla chicken wings? Their excellent plus 0 carbs. I got mine at Walmart Supercenter. I also buy drum sticks and then season them with lemon - pepper seasoning. Yummy.

Man I got to check that out. I was just thinking the other day when looking at a bag of frozen chx breast that it would better if they were already cooked. We're going to town this weekend - I should hit up Wal-mart.
