Rearin' To Go

Well, here I am again. I am only weighing in weekly. When I do it daily I discourage myself if it hasn't moved or moved in the wrong direction.

My mini goal is to lose 10% of my start weight. So my goal would be: 21.6. That also would get me into the 100's. I haven't been there in a long time.

So wish me luck in my endeavors.

False Start

Okay, tomorrow will be my offical start. I have been on Atkins most of the day today... Breakfast wasn't one. I got a little sidetracked but now I am back to stay.

I have already started walking everyday in the late afternoon. I take my dog out after the sun is down, but before it is dark.

I will do my start weight tomorrow morning.

I find that this is an easier program than any other that I have tried. So this is it.

I am pretty well stocked for this adventure. I will try very hard to stay with it this time. I have to. I am too overweight to continue the way I am. There is alot of health problems in my family that I could get---like heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and others. I already have asthma.

I may not report often. I find that I get stressed out when I feel like I have to. I will weight once a week. And journal when I can. This is important for me to feel like I am not under a microscope. I know that for some people they need the accountiblity.

See ya next week if not sooner.

My start weight is 215.8. I have been on the program now for 2 days. It is getting easier. I won't be weighing again until I have done a week on the program.
