Okay good we can do this 6in2007!!
posting daily, helps, and encouraging each other...Today was day 1 for me ..I went to the gym and ate well...We can do this![]() 6in2007-how much weight do you want to lose? and what kind of plan are you doing? Im doing low carb, and I am at 182 right now, and would like to get down to 135. |

Hi! I have 37 lbs to relose. Id lost 82 over seven years ago and had some major slippage. Our weights and goals are really similar~ cool. I want to be back under 140 and as of last weigh in I was 176. I'm kind of more of a protein Power plan (40 net carbs).

I tend to be all over with weighing. I'm currently weighing daily which is umb since I have major pms. I've been doing protein power a few months but I cheated over vacation. I just restarted my ticker last week for a challenge. What plan are you doing?

Thank you..i recently just got back going to the gym like 5 times a week. I had an ovarian cyst and had to get it removed, so basically i didnt do any kind of excercsies the past 2 months. But now im back into it!

I'm glad you are feeling better~! Those cysts really hurt! My weigh in today was up 2 lbs. I think it's PMS since I have all the symptoms. Ugh! I did get up and do the 6am show. The closest gym is 30 miles for me so working out at home it is. So do you shot for a certain carb level each day or just stay with lc foods?
I tend to do super during the week but weekends~ not so good. I need to change that. Have a great day! |

Yea they hurt allot!!Thank god its out. I usually try to go for 20-75 carbs a day. I usually end up going over that like 2 times a week, by binging on all sorts of junk, so I really want to change that in me. And then I would be able to lose this weight. My weigh in was 179.8 again, and I feel my period coming any time now. Im gonna go to the gym in the evening today.

Well today was on track! No junk. I missed my exercise due to needing 2 leave a bit after 6am but shopped for hours so hopefully all that walking counts. So how was your day?

Don't feel bad I do too. Hey it's only day or two out of a month. Your still doing good over all. Mine started spotting today also. I guess that explains the killer headache.
Don't give up just start fresh from here. If it helps I'll be honest with you. When I previously lost 82 lbs a few years ago I never had a month I made it through pms without a DQ pigout. I still lost because 90% of the month was good. Hang in there! |

I feel for ya. Mine too. I don't get the munchies once it's started more so 2 weeks before. I got rewarded with all my bloat leaving today. Ah!!!
