Hello Tonia.. hello anyone else who enters..

Just was checking email for eBay payments.. thought I would check in.. This week is mine and Chris' vacation... and Anniversary today.. so we have been out and about.. took me to Joe's Crab Shack for lunch..

.. we were going to see a movie.. but it was getting ready to storm.. so we will do that another day this week

..

well.. gonna get.. the lil one just walked in the door

last night he took me to a Mexican place..its was nice.. mind you.. I usually just go to Taco Bell for Mexican food..lol.... but since Beth talked me into it one day.. I found that I can get something there called Chicken Nachos..
anyone that knows me, knows I don't do the spicy foods.. so I was scared to go there.. when I think of Mexican foods.. I think spicy...but these nachos are so dern good.. I didn't even eat half of them though.. Think I was still full form the Crab shack..lol..so we both have left overs..

.. they brought Chris' stuff out on a pan and it was still sizzling.. hehe.. it was pretty neat.. I know.. we don't get out much..

... we tend to fond a fav and stick with that.. but for our Ann. we like to try new places..

.. I asked him if this was a place he would like to come back to .. he says... heck yeah.. he got steak..chicken and shrimp..all grilled.. huge plate.. then it came with another huge plate of beans and rice.. and another with shredded lettuce and tomatoes and a pack of soft taco shells.. it was alotttt..

OK I need to get in the shower and get our day started... we didn't make the movie yesterday.. so that's today.. plus he is going to another primitive store today..

.. and I am looking for a new rug for the living room..

Just a quick post.. dh will be in here real soon.. today we just hung out here at home.. Beth came over and helped me decorate..

.. she is so good at this Primitive stuff..

we all went to Lowes .. dh got some wood.. he will be making some out house toilet paper holders..

.. I will post a pic when he gets done with them..

anyway.. tomorrow.. Beth and I will hit some sales.. the good thing is I wont need to hurry home for work.. yayayaa.. hehe.. Friday.. we will be going fishing..

can't wait.. well I can.. this week is going way to fast..

I can't remember the last time I was fishing. Now that the kids are back in school I be taking a couple of half days and go fishing with my wife. I hope that you are able to make it out and enjoy yourself. I'll be waiting untill November and December to burn the rest of my vacation.

.. today would have been a great day.. no hot.. just right... but I have felt like.. crap all day.. upset tummy and VERY tired.. why I have no idea.. too a few 1/2 hour naps.. tried to get up and do something.. but I just wanna lay down..

maybe I am getting depressed about the weight that I KNOW I have gained.. I can feel it.. physically ... and mentally.. its terrible..
on a good note.. when I went shopping this week.. I stocked up on chicken.. eggs and tuna.. so my plans are.. MONDAY.. I am so tired of planning that and not following through.. or starting it.. and I crash and burn.. my health knows this..ITS NOT GOOD..

think I will go to bed now..

Monet, I am sorry you are/were feeling so down. I completely can relate to those feelings. It is so frustrating at times. You are like me, in that we put others first .. before our well being. I know we can do this though. I am treading water right now, but We can get that life preserver off and jump in the deep end, and come out winners.

Yes, today is THE day..

I made myself 3 freid eggs this am and am having a cup of coffee with just splenda in it.. no creamer .. because I didn't think about the sf creamer..

.. but it's really not bad..

..

Lunch will either be a salad or the 3 grilled hotdogs left over from yesterday..lol..

ok.. I go back to work today.. uug..lol.. no its really a great job.. but it sure was nice not having to BE somewhere for a week..

It's 8:13 now and I need to hop in the shower, so I must go.. I will try to get in here when I am at work.. we'll see how the day goes..

todays lunch was salad.. dh ate the hot dogs..lol.. salad was lettuce.. shredded cheese..onions.. green peppers.. just a few of them both.. and some chicken..( budding style).. and dressing ( mayo.. vineger and splenda).. not much at all..

and I drank not even a whole cp of coffee this am.. and from then on water..

..

dinner.. maybe be a chicken breast.. green beans.. I have to meet a lady in town who wants to by some of my wine/grape decor..

off Craigs list.. how cool is that.. hehe

anyway.. gonna try to post to a few of you.. love and hugs and he strong!!
