I'm tellin ya, if Chris is always gabbing you, he is totally loving you and lusting after you...and thats a good thing for a married couple. Honestly...Doesn't it make tou feel good about yourself that your DH CAN'T keep his hands off you? You two have been married how long? And he still wants to grab and play touchy feely? Thats the sign of a healthy marriage if you ask me.

i'm at worky work and it's slower then molasses!! rain = not busy. i vaccuumed the house yesterday, like really vaccuumed, using that nozzle thing around all the edges of the house. i swear i could make a blanket with all the jetta hair. after i leave here i think i'll visit my parents house, let the dog run herself ragged. she got a new frisbee the other day and she's psycho about it.

Our tax free school clothes day last for 2 days. We save 7%. Not much but better then nothing.

We pay 70 dollars to register both boys for school. That includes everything. My boys books, like their math books are just thrown away at the end of the year...others are turned back in at the end of the year.

hello all..

today has been a long day.. yet while at work it went fast....lol..

it was slow.. just a few people came in.. so I read a book.. played on pogo..lol.. oh and made Korbey an appointment for his Contacts..thats Thursday at 10.. Wed.. he hopes to get in to take a drivers test....he is excited.. while.. I am not.. .. we set up some horses in the drive way tonight to help him with the parallel parking..lol.. he did pretty good , except he kept hitting the front one.... he can practice again tomorrow..lol..

he has met a new girl at Church camp.. well, he met her last year.. but nothing became of it.. now they are.. "going out" as they call it.. the bad, but maybe good thing of it all is.. she lives like an hour away.. so, its long distance.. she can call at night and weekends on her cell.. but Korbey just has the prepaid phone.. this way he doesn't over do his minutes.. he knows exactly what he has.. so.. they have been on the computer messaging from myspace....
I have already told him , he is not to drive out of town until I say so.. if he does.. he will not have a car..he says I am strict.. WHO ME? .. I am sorry , but he needs lots more practice before he journeys out.. sorry.. that's the rule and I am sticking to it !!..because..I CARE.. not because I want to be mean.. but because I love him.. and don't want him hurt..if that makes me strict.. then I guess I will wear that badge..

My lil Kayden was a happy bug these last few days.. Grandma went to Kentucky.. and low and behold , found the new Bionicles.. so she bought his 3.. so he got those yesterday.. and the 3 I found him on eBay came in today..so.. all is well in his world.... now why cant Korbey keep it that simple.....yes.. that's a cry in there.. my baby is growing up to fast.. ..

I am on here tonight awaiting my eBay sales to end.. so far.. one has sold.. but there is watchers.. doesn't always mean they will bid.. but.. I sure hope they do.... I do have a bid on a Home interior picture.. well.. 5 bids.. so that's real cool..

so I am gonna get for now.. and see how much longer everything has.. and i hope to get to some journals before bed.. if not.. I should get in here tomorrow at work.. in the am..I HOPE...

Hey Monet! Long-time no-time! My son took his drivers test last month. He passed. It has been stressful to watch him drive off by himself. You can do this!!!

I can remember when I first got my license and drove myself. It was the greatest feeling of independence I ever felt.

We have rules too however, so keep it strict for awhile.

He Got them.... I was so proud.. I was taking pictures and everything.... he was like all embarrassed.. .. but the lady said.. don't worry.. she isn't the only mother like this..

of course I laid the law down.. he still needs to ask before he just leaves.. and he will need to call me when he gets there.. or I will worry....

he is in here with me.. listening to Queen.. his new girl likes Queen and Pink Floyd... and he is a country boy.. go figure..lol.. its alright though.. I likie more then just Country..

one of his(so called) good friends made a post on Korbeys myspace about how him liking this girl has changed him.. and how he ONLY likes short skinny girls.. says its just an image thing... this makes me so upset.. because Korbey isn't like that.. geesh.. look at his mom..lol.. any way.. behind the post, I am sure was the girl who likes Korbey..which is Korbeys friends friend.. so Robert.. wants Korbey with his friend.. and Korbey tried to like her.. they went to the movies and they all hung out.. but he just doesn't like her that way.. just as a friend.. and Korbey has told her this over and over.. its sad.. for the girl.. but.. you cant make someone like you..

but it upsets me that Robert is his friend and just cant be happy for him.. grrr.. is that a TRUE friend? nooooo.. but.. they are just 16.. always drama.. right.. anywho.. I wish this girl could /would find her a boyfriend.. ya know.. so she wouldn't be hurting over Korbey.... she is a nice girl.. but.. not for Korb I guess..

Hey, you asked about the aspirin mask over at the Stud's journal.

Take about 4 uncoated aspirin (I got a bottle at the dollar store) and mix them into a paste with a bit of water in your hand. the paste will be crumbly, not creamy. apply it to your entire face. some people wait until it dries and starts to flake off, but others just rub it on and rinse it right off. you can do it every day if you rinse it off right away, or you can do it a few times a week. its on your skin for such a short amount of time that a negligible amount of aspirin is absorbed.

the aspirin mask is *the best* because its so cheap, and its extremely effective. aspirin is salicylic acid and acetic acid- a BHA. it chemically exfoliates the skin, which is much more effective than manual exfoliation, because its more gentle and even. it makes your skin very soft, and help to get rid of blackheads and clogged pores.

Some people use yogurt, honey or real aloe vera instead of water. It helps it stick. I've used honey.

hello all..

well we got Korbeys contacts..well he has a trail pair on for now.. till Monday.. we have to go back and the doc will check them out... he has a astigmatism.. so one of the contacts are thicker then the other..he says its bothering him.. I hope he gets used to them soon..

he drove to Ryan's house today.. all by himself.. I was at work.. he called to ask.. I said ok.. but he had to call me when he got there.. he did.. and then I said.. call before you start home..lol.. and he did.. and he came and let me know he made it home all safe .. I asked him if he felt freedom being all by himself in the car.. he said yes.... I am proud of him.. but am so sad at at same time....

Karen.. if your reading.. he is doing the aspirins as I type.. hehe..I looked at me like I was crazy when I told him.. then I said.. her son does it.. so he went right in there to try it..

Got some more school shopping done today while waiting for Korbey.. his eye app. was at Wal-mart.. so kayden and I went shoppin..lol.. just got undies.. socks..kayden a pair of blue jean shorts on sale for 6 bucks.. got me a pair of paints and 2 t-shirts.. Kayden picked out a pair of shoes.. I am thankful he is still young.. he is happy with wal-mart shoes.. unlike KOrbey who needs to go to Pak Sun..... you know where the shoes are expensive..


I was told today from one of my sons friends that school started Wed and not Thursday.. but it was a half day.... so now I need to call the school to make sure..

I'm so happy that all that back-to-school shopping is done and over with. Well, not really, I have 2 gym pants on back order, but other than that I'm done!! Now their father, on the other hand, still has a couple of things to get, but those are on back order too.

I'm glad Korbey tried the aspirin mask/scrub, not only HB does it, but Leela and I do it too. I'm telling you, effective and cheap. What more can you want, right? And my makeup goes on better. I have rosacea so it calms the red ALOT!! I'm only slightly pink and I cover it up with a good concealer.

boneless chicken breast sliced thin and stuffed them with 1/2 slice of thin ham, swiss cheese, little bit of cream cheese. I rolled them and secured them with toothpicks. Then, I coated them with olive oil and rolled them in Parmesan cheese. They baked in 400* for about 35 minutes. Very good and they are only about 1.5 carbs per chicken!
