Well.. its ok..lol.. I am just having trouble keeping things accounted for.. know what I mean.. low carb.. I just knew what to eat... now I have to stop.. look it up.. and all that.. so I don't know..

.. I am having the Healthy choice dinners for lunch.. but then theres dinner.. and if I don't have time to get on line to check things out.. time goes by and so forth..

I am about to just go back to LC.. we'll see...

B today was ww bosten cream pie yogurt.. lunch.. I don't know what Jan will get today..

..

Dinner last night was 2 hotdogs.. with buns..

.. makes me feel weird ya know..lol.

HEY MONET I AGREE WHEN UR DOING WW....U HAVE TO REALLY WATCH EVERY LITTLE THING THAT GOES IN UR MOUTH....AND WITH LC U KNOW I CAN HAVE THIS JUST NOT THAT...IT'S A NO BRAINER, AND FOR ONCE U CAN STOP THINKING ABOUT WHAT UR GONNA EAT, WW HAS TOO MANY CHOICES FOR ME AND IF I HAVE TO MANY OPTIONS I DONT ALWAYS CHOOSE THE BEST ONE...!!!

Hello all..

just poppin on here to let you know I am thinking of you all..

.. just been busy at work.. then at home.. spending extra time with Alina while she is here..

.. tonight Kayden has his religious education program,,, tomorrow night, we are going to go watch "Horton Hears a Who".. hehe.. don't know what else as of yet..

I am off the next 2 days.. yay..

anyway.. boss is back.. I better look busy..

.. no really I need to get a receipt ready for some tires..

I believe its this week.. so Monday.. back to low carbin..

.. last time I weighed it was 366.6.. so its going up. not down.. maybe because I just can't get it.. I don't know.. maybe I would do better if I went tot he meetings.. because I NEED some kind of help..

but with Low carb.. I KNOW I can do it.. if I just stick to it !!.. so I am going to go back to it..

You can do it Monet. Maybe since you took a break from LC it will help your body by switching. If you will get serious, I know you will drop the pounds quickly. Also, I would love for you to get back to that exercise. You sounded so enthusiastic during that time.

Hi Monet! Very cute cake! I love it! And what an adorable baby! I couldn't do WW. I always had leftover points and would eat bad stuff just because I could. Wasn't such a great deal for me. lol!

nicsweed-that guy is really awesome! I have watched the show twice now. I think there are four more shows left? Last week he talked about emotional eating and how to stop it. Very good and very informative.
