Hello all.. we all had a good time.. Alisha came down and went with us

..that's Korbeys gf.. then we took them out to eat.. don't ask where?

ok the Asian Buffet...it is everyone's fav,, so that's where we went..Beth and Ryan walked around with us as well.. so it was really fun and good exercise..

went home and watched Pushing daisies..lol.. silly show.. then Private Practice.. love that show..

.. its a knock off form Greys Anatomy.(sp?).

but I think I like it even better,,

anyway this am I have done laundry all morning and just chilled out..

yesterdays lunch with my mom and Beth was great.. My great Aunt was there too

..

ok The boss just called.. I have some work to do..lol.. take care everyone,..

I have been a busy girl lately..lol..especially today.. I got up and started in on the laundry.. cooking up a storm.. not low carb friendly so I wont go into all that..but I have been busy..

work has been busy as well.. Sat.. not as busy as the others.. but busy enough to only let me get in and out of here off and on..

anyway.. we set our time back an hour last night before bed.. I watched the Game ~Colts and New England

.. why.. grr..lol.. anyway.. it was an ok game I guess.. if you haven't guessed.. they won..lol.. I don't usually watch sports.. except the Super Bowl.. but Dusk and my Boss' daughter said ti would be a good one.. so what do I do.. watch..

.. I could have been watching a chick flick...

.. Fist game we lost all season.. and they were the same way.. well they are still undefeated..

ok shake it off.. life moves on..

... Dusk.. you didn't miss much..

ok.. I need to get off here..

CHERI'S CREAMY SOUTHWESTERN TACO SOUP
1 pound ground beef
2 3/4 ounces onion, chopped, 1/2 cup
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 10-ounce cans Ro-tel tomatoes, undrained (tomatoes with green chilies)
2 cans beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons salt, or to taste

In a large soup pot, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic; drain. Add the
spices and cook a couple minutes. Drop the cream cheese in bits into the meat. With the
back of a big spoon, smash it into the meat until no bits of white remain. Stir in
remaining ingredients and heat through
