Well, I woke up this am at 4:30 am... I was thinking last night that I didn't have to work till noon today... but when I woke up at 4:30.. something said.. hey you have to work early today.....

First off.. there was more money on my check then normal.. and I wasn't sure why..lol.. I don't remember talking about working early today.. I do remember talking about coming in early last Monday.. because Jan and Rick had a new grand baby born C-section.. so they planned it ..I am sure me and Jan discussed this.. for today and prolly tomorrow.. but I don't remember it.. I am getting old..

So anyway.. I wake up at 4:30 with this on my brain.. so it was like it was in the back of my head.. so I got up and cleaned house..lol..

Korbey GF is coming gain this weekend.. and I was planning on cleaning this am.,. but seeing that I was thinking I had to come in early.. I did it at 4:30 this am..lol.. now I am tired..

Alisha ( Korbeys gf) got herself a job.. at Sears.. and starts this next week.. this is good.. she will be working weekends,,.. am I mean or what?..

I don't mean to sound mean.. but she has been here for 3 weekends straight.. with him leaving at night to stay with friends..lol.. my rules..

but it would be nice if it was EVERY weekend.. kwim?.. I love her to death.. very sweet girl.. but when all they do is lay around and watch tv.. or listen to music.. and I have to keep going to check on them.. it wears me out..

I was going to have her stay home this weekend.. until they told me about her getting the job.. so now they don't know when they will see each other.. she lives an hour away.. and I am not ready for him to drive that far just yet.. so she will be here tonight..

she is going to stay at my mil's tonight and tomorrow while we all work.. then tomorrow night he will stay there.. then I should get a break..lol

But I do understand they want to spend time together.. so I am trying..

I told them both last night when they were upset about her job and stuff.. Absence makes the heart grow fonder.. and if it doesn't then it wasn't meant to be... I said if you really LOVE each other ( as they claim they do).. then it will work.. if not.. so be it.. right right..

ok I am just babbling on and on.. sorry..

brekky today was none..well 1 cp coffee..to give me cleaning energy at 4:30 in the morning..

Next week I wont be running around so much on my day and 1/2 off..lol.. Beth is going to Vegas with her dh.... for his business.. but shes going for the fun..lol.. I wish them luck.... Ryan will be staying a few days with us.she has made other arrangements for the other 2 ( Randy's kids).. grandparents and friends..

Monet, you have already accomplished so much today!

I can so understand your issues with DS and GF, sounds like you are really handling yourself and the situation very well. I remember when DH and I were young, we lived in separate towns, so we did a lot of "visiting" as well...and my parents split us up at night too...but one of my most vivid memories is of my Mom saying to my DH..."Russ...take your cute face and the rest of you HOME! I am sick of looking at you!" It makes us laugh so much now...and it is very true...you need some DS time, and they need time apart.

Good for you You are a wonderful Mom!

she is 16 but doesn
t have her license or a car.. so.. and I don't want him driving that far just yet,,so for now..like I told them.. it has to be this way,, or she can stay home..lol.. meanie aren't I..lol.. no really.. they are doing good with it..thanks The Good Lord !!..he is still in his probationary 90 days with his license.. so he cannot drive with her in the car yet.. without someone of age.. so no dates yet either unless I drop them off somewhere.. another month and a half for that..lol..

Kids...we love them...but they can wear us out physically and emotionally. Your DS is too young to be thinking so seriously in a relationship. Being in love messes up your whole world at that age. Don't forget whose mama though....it is your house....you shouldn't have to be so stressed out in your own home. I am certainly NOT ready for the girl thing. I know it's coming soon. I have a 13 & 14 year old.

Hopefully your weekend will be nice. I hate when I wake up early and can't go back to sleep. At least you got something done. Take care of yourself. Maybe you can sneak a nap in.

Beth.. no time to get a nap..lol.. worked till 6:00.. then did dinner.. and had to keep guard..lol.. we took her over to my MIL's at 8:30 though.. our show was on last night.. Vegas.. it was 2 hours.. I made it through the first hour and fell asleep.. so now I have to ask dh what happened..lol.. woke up at 3:26 am.. was wide awake again.. but I stayed in bed this time and fell back to sleep.. then awake again at 6:30.. same thing over again till 8... then I had to get ready for work..

These 2 have already talked about marriage and how many kids they want.. but agree to get through schooling first.. so thats good..

I hate that they are already talking about all this.. but I also remember being this way with my first "love"..lol.. and I didn't marry him.... so all I can do is keep talking.. right..

we got a new puppy yesterday.. Hello all.. and thanks.. .. the lil Angel is keeping us hoppin..lol..I was and I say was... keeping her in a box while we were gone.. so she doesn't make messes everywhere.. well she can now get out of the box.. so.. I put her in her box.. inside the bath tub,,.. surly she can't get outta there.... she is doing pretty good as far as the training goes.. she goes to her piddle pad..
so I am hoping she continues to do good.. ..

my dh just got out of a police car...

oh...he was test driving a car that needs worked on and it broke down on him.. so the officer gave him a lift.. whhhheeeewwww

he said.. well I got to ride in a police car.... how can that be exciting

anywho.. I am still at work.. finding it hard to get on at home.. between kids wanting on line and the puppy time flies....

eating is ok.. not the very best.. but not bad bad either.. why I do this is beyond me.

AWw, sweetie, I'm sorry you feel like this. I spent a couple of weeks soul searching too, so I think I know where you are coming from.


I thought that first I'd find a woe that I can follow, enjoy the foods that I like, break away from negativity, keep a positive attitude and for now I changed my goals to something more realistic and then we'll see. You can do this.

I certainly don't want to push any type of woe on anyone. But I spent almost 3 weeks looking for something that I think I can enjoy. I just started South Beach. I'll see if its for me in a couple of weeks or months. It's all trial and error. I hope you find something that will work for you soon. I don't like seeing you unhappy.

Monet - I know LC works for me, but I was miserable. I'll do good 2 weeks and then BAM! I'd fall off the wagon.

Do you need a variety in your menus? Don't have time to plan and cook?

Thats how I am.. good then bam.. .. I did great when I started lost that 80 pounds.. then stalled.. .. thought I would have a break over Christmas last year.. 2 weeks.. well.. I haven't been back on real good since then..

so I know I can do it.. I just have to get back in my mind set.. when I was doing great.. I did plan.. I cooked ahead.. even had the legal sweet treats every now and again.. that helped.. for me.. its my mind.. mind over matter.. I just gotta get it set in stone in my head! KWIM?..

but feel free to share any good info about this South Beach..

Oh geesh... what a mess up I am..lol..

Now that I have stopped laffin..lol.. maybe..

My friend Beth called at 9:30.. they just got to Vegas...she said it was only 6:30 there.. and she had an amazing plane ride.. this was her very first time on a plane and she said she would do it again in a heart beat.. .. I am happy for her.. .. she went on about how pretty the Grand Canyon was .. I have never seen that..

haven't been on a plane in YEARS.. my brother and I used to go back and forth to Florida to visit out dad.. but last time I flew was when I was 8.. I would prolly be scared to death now..lol..

Ryan made it here about 9:45.. which was good.. he got off work at 9:30.. speaking of work.. my Korbey has a new job.. Taco Bell with Ryan..hehehe.. too cool.. Beth and I worked together at Long John Silvers.. so its cool that they will be working together.. .. He goes Thursday after school to talk to Lori.. the manager.. I guess Beth really talked Korbey up.. we went to rent some movies.. and I told Korbey to go next door to Taco bell and ask for Lori and tell her you wanted to check on your application.. well, Lori was like.. are you Ryan's friend? he was like. yes.. and she went on and on about what Ryan's mom said and she HAD to meet him..lol.. so I hope he likes it.. I am sure he will do well... he will also continue to work with me and dh at the car lot.. but only on his days off of Taco bell.. so that's good.. .. and she said that he can have his Sunday mornings off.. so he will still be able to go to church !! .. he was happy about that!..

well, its time to go to beddy by.. I will be in here some time tomorrow.. with Beth gone, I wont be shoppin..lol. I do need to go to the Post office to mail out a basket I sold on ebay..
